My preferred hotel in Setubal,if not whole Portugal .Great staff and amenities overall

Very nice and helpful staff.

Awesome boutique hotel, great value, very nice well-sized and appointed rooms with new finishes, and wonderful breakfasts. Staff were very welcoming, service oriented, and gave excellent advice on restaurants and attractions in the town. Comments about no elevators unfounded, staff offered to carry bags up and down. Pics and comments don’t do the hotel justice, more of a 4+ star establishment, certainly not the 3 stars it markets itself as.

A nice cozy hotel. We enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Deogo, when we needed the instruction for different destinations, he studied it and wrote down a detailed introduction for us. Saved us a lot of time and effort. We really appreciate it!

Staff was lovely and very helpful. Offered fabulous recommendations to local area. The welcome drink, bottle of wine were also nice touches. The breakfast included was perfect way to start the day.

Great location in the city & really friendly & helpful staff.

We loved this stay so much and are so happy we stopped here on our last night before the Lisbon airport! Setubal might be our favorite stop in Portugal. They provided a welcome drink local to the area and an area map, we arrived late and while we were checking in the front desk was helpful with restaurant recommendations that were still open and detailing it all out on the map for us. Location is great, the market and plenty of bars and restaurants are all a short walk. Room was larger than expected, super clean, and modern. The balcony was appreciated to get a view over the town. Since we arrived late we were able to park for free on the street in front of the hotel, but they had affordable parking options nearby as well. Breakfast was simple but had enough to get the morning started.

The staff at the reception were so helpful and friendly. We felt very appreciated. The room was very nice and clean. The included breakfast was excellent. We also received and huge thank you for being a Expedia VIP customer and received a nice and tasty bubbly (picture included). We really recommend this very nice hotel to anyone that wants great hospitality and personal experience. The staff are absolutely fantastic. We will be coming back again for sure.

Greit byhotell. Veldig sent innsjekk kl 16. Vi fikk vårt rom kl 1620 da hadde vi ventet lenge. En god del støy fra gaten. Fine rom.

The staff at this location are absolutely fantastic. They were helpful and accommodating with luggage, providing suggestions and information about the area. The room was clean and VIP service welcome package was excellent.

Het was even puzzelen tussen ons en het hotel maar na een valse start hebben we er alles aan gedaan om het mij en mijn zoon naar de zin te maken, waarvoor dank! Let er wel op dat het hotel geen lift heeft. Fijn centraal in Setubal gelegen, aan de rand van het centrum tegen de haven met de ferry naar Troia aan.

Atendimento muito profissional, com eficiência, atenção e simpatia. O único ponto menos positivo é a não existência de elevador, o que dificulta o acesso.
