レンタルバケーションなので、ホテル表記は間違い。それにしても高い。初心者は止めたほうがよい。冷蔵庫が貧弱で冷えない。エアコンは1台で二部屋を使うため、真夏は難しい。近くで朝から工事があり、とてもうるさかった。 ロケーションがよいことが救い。次はロシオ駅近く又はカレイドソレド駅近くで『ホテル』に泊まりたい。

Appart sympa est bien situe, mais le code d entree ne fonctionnait pas a l arrivee, et il n y avait pas de serviettes de toilettes a notre arrivee

Good place for a reasonable price.

Great location and clean apartment. My challenges were checking in. I had registered and paid the visitor tax days in advance but not heard anything back. 20min before my check in i found someone to help me call their number since my phone wasnt working. Only then was the check in code sent to me. I probably wouldnt stay here again since the check in was stressful.

Good location for sightseeing. Building had an elevator but there were still some stairs in the building. Check in was at another location and I decided to take an Uber rather than walk with my luggage. The room great and modern. I loved staying here.

Brilliantly located in heart of city for restaurants and transport connection. Our room was very well equipped and well serviced each day. The complimentary wine in the bibliotheque was a much appreciated touch. Would very happily use again. Only gripe is that access code was provided only moments before we were due to check in. This undermined confidence that all would go smoothly - could the code be advised the day before so that the guest travels with confidence. Otherwise all the advance processes were very smooth thank you.

This hotel was amazing. It was comfortable, clean, had amazing staff. It's true that there's no front desk, but if you read the instructions before, there won't be a problem for check in. The hotel was well located, had great coffee in the room, and amazing cute little library on the second floor with a vintage vibe that I loved. It was a perfect location as you are in the center of Lisbon and everything is accessible walking distance. I would come back anytime :)

This place is nice and quaint. It is not really a hotel. Instructions on the check-in could be improved for clarity.

Ingen parking og de kan ikke hjælpe med det. De henviser bare til alm. parking. Indtjekning er ret dårligt. Det er self-service - ingen reception. Når det så er sagt så er værelserne virkelig charmerende. Vi havde et værelse hvor at der ikke var håndvask på badeværelse, men kun i stuen. Lidt mærkeligt og der var ikke noget håndsæbe. Kun bodywash og shampoo. Der var et uheld på vores værelse, så vi fik et mindre værelse. Vi blev kun kompenseret for prisforskellen og ikke yderligere. Det var lidt sløjt synes jeg, når de ikke kan levere det vi har booket.

Check in was at another hotel, a 10min walk from our hotel. The staff were so incredibly hospitable. We were offered complimentary breakfast which was outstanding for 2 reasons the food options hit and cold foods with amazing selection, and the dining area, the building is an old palace and the rooms are so beautiful. There was live music plying during breakfast it was a much needed break after a long day of traveling. The doorman I didn’t catch his name was beyond gracious and helped us get an early check in, as it was a rough travel day and we had needed so extra rest! The BEST hotel we stayed in for beauty charm and service. Our rooms when we entered made us feel like royalty, had a bottled water and a coffee maker to start the day, along with soap and lotions.

Incheckningen var otroligt förvirrande. Rummet ligger in på en central gata där det inte är några större butiker mitt i centrum. Trodde först att jag gått fel. Sen visade det sig att man måste gå till ett annat hotell 15 min därifrån för att checka in. Inte alls optimalt! Men personalen var trevlig och jag fick vila där. När jag sedan checkade un var rummet och läget över förväntan. Skulle rekommendera att boka Bolt istället för hotellets egna erbjudande på transfer till flygplatsen. Mycket nöjd efter en lite förvirrad och smått irriterande incheckning.

Excellent location, central but quiet at night. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!

Beautiful large room that can be used as an apartment. Very elegant design with elevator access. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we would’ve stayed the entire two nights there. Thank you to the friendly staff and cleaning crew. We will stay again. we stayed on the fourth floor. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved the room and the location. The only inconvenience is that when you arrived, you have to walk far from the hotel to another place just to check in!

It does not have onsite parking like it states. Parking garge close by byt 22.70 euro per 8 hours otherwise others are cheaper but fairly long walk. Hotel itself is lovely and great location and staff was great

Though the staffs located at the welcome center where is a little further from the apartment building, I have my problem sorted out with Expedia property mgmt chat and onsite staffs support. Big thank you to them.
