The apartment is beautiful and it is in the perfect location. There are some really nice touches like quality linens and soft (not line dried) towels. The bed is very comfortable and there is a good air conditioner. There is a daily cleaning service and the property manager was great about providing information. I’d recommended you stay here.

I enjoyed being able to cook some of my meals. They supplied everything but the food which I was able to buy at a very inexpensive price. There was a mini market about a 2 minute walk. Restaurants were everywhere. The food delicious and the people near there was so kind and accommodating.

Adoramos a estadia em Sophia Residences. O alojamento é central, na verdade não podia ser mais central.Embora não haver receção a comunicação foi perfeita. O apartemento é arejado, amplio e confortavel. Decoração bonita e moderna. A cozinha perfeitamente equipada e casa de banho espaçosa e com boa pressão de agua bem quente. Regressaremos em breve.

GREAT LOCATION!!! This apartment exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. If you want to be central and comfortable, we definitely recommend this gorgeous apartment. The host was very helpful and communicative. The building is clean and follows COVID safety standards.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und stilsicher eingerichtet. Alles sehr hell, luftig und geräumig. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer incl. Küchenzeile und großem Bad. Wir hatten Appartement 31, also im 3. Stock. Auf jeder Etage befinden sich 2 Apartments. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, also ein kleines Workout beim Kofferschleppen - ist mir persönlich aber lieber, als ein lärmender Fahrstuhl und der Charme des Hauses macht das eh wieder wett. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt an der Fussgängerzone der Innenstadt. Die Fenster dichten hervorragend gegen Lärm ab. Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus nicht möglich, aber es gibt in der Nähe eine kostenpflichtige Parkgarage an der Markthalle. Die Sauberkeit war absolut zufriedenstellend (und ich bin pingelig), im Hauseingang sowie auf jeder Etage waren Desinfektionsspender angebracht. Als einziger winzigkleiner Kritikpunkt wäre die recht laute elektrische Schließung der Türen zu nennen, die hört man nachts auch aus den anderen Etagen. Der Zutritt erfolgt über einen im Vorfeld mitgeteilten Code, die Reaktion auf die Buchung war zügig. Wir haben 1 Stunde vor Ankunft gebucht und nach einer halben Stunde hatten wir schon alle Infos zum Zugang und Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt war auch sehr freundlich und man kann sich auch mit weiteren Fragen zu Sightseeing, Restaurants etc. an den Anbieter wenden. Also alles top und sehr gerne wieder. Habe leider keine Fotos, nur ein Video für Insta gemacht und wurde gleich von Followern um die Adresse gebeten :)
