とても清潔で広く、非常に過ごしやすい宿でした。レセプションのスタッフが親切です。部屋に備え付けのコーヒーメーカーのポットを割ってしまったのですが、快く取り替えていただいた上、怪我をしなかったか心配してくださいました。 ポルトに再訪する際には、また利用させていただきたい宿でした。

駅からとても近くて便利でした。料金のわりに部屋が広くて、きれいです。キッチンにはいろいろ無償で取りそろえてあり、感謝です。 　エレベーターが特殊でとても狭いです。フロントが24時間ではないので、夜遅くに帰ってきたとき、建物の入口の鍵がうまく開けられず、肝を冷やしました。

受付のスタッフが親切です。地図での見所の案内、助かりました。

トリンダーデ 駅前の立地は、どこに行くにも便利でした。室内も清潔で快適に過ごせました。スタッフもとても親切です。 唯一困った点は、シャワーが高すぎる位置にある事。身長160cmの私には、使いにくかったです。

Our stay at the Spot overall was great. The staff was really nice and friendly from the beginning, especially during our check-in and check-out, and also during breakfast time (btw delicious and comolete). Location was just than perfect, within walking distance to places we wanted to go but also to be picked up and dropped off by Uber when needed. The apartment was just perfect and what we needed, spacious and very cozy, with all things we needed. The only thing we did not like and I must say is the reason why we are not giving it a five star rating is because the apartment where we were located, the lounge was open until 5:30 pm, which gave us limited time or basically cut our itinerary one way or the other, to retrieve our bags during check-in or check-out. Though we are informed if any issue, we could contact a number 24 hours, we did not get any response from the number we were given when we had an issue with the A/C. Which it ended up being more an issue of a remote control setting that would not turn on/off the A/C because there was no specific instructions about how to do it, until I figured it out that it was by pressing the “mode” button several times rather than the on/off button on the remote. Another issue we had was that for some reason, there were mosquitoes, and we’re not able to keep the windows open while there to get some fresh air. Other than the issues mentioned above, I must say I would not have any problem going back to the Spot Apartment at all!

O local é incrível. Já é a segunda vez que me hospedou no local e quando voltar irei me hospedar neste local novamente. Local agradável, perto de tudo, funcionários super atenciosos. Simplesmente perfeito.

We had a very pleasant experience overall. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of five—two adults and three children—which made our stay feel relaxed and enjoyable. The location was also a big plus: just steps away from a large grocery store (Foiz), several great restaurants, and a metro station, which made getting around the city very convenient. However, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. In the evenings, traffic noise from nearby roads was noticeable, which might be disruptive for light sleepers. Additionally, we had to go to a different hotel to settle the payment, which was a bit inconvenient and unexpected. Despite these small issues, the quality of the accommodation and its excellent location made it a great choice. We'd happily recommend it to families looking for a spacious and stylish place to stay.

Stor og fin leilighet veldig sentralt i Porto, rett over gaten for Trindade metrostasjon. Turen fra/til flyplassen tar en halvtime. Kort gangavstand til alle severdighetene i gamlebyen i Porto. Hyggelig personale og ryddig og pent frokostavdeling. Pass bare på: Det er egentlig ingen resepsjon til disse leilighetene på stedet, men man skal få tilsendt en kode til en nøkkelboks dagen oppholdet starter. Det fikk ikke vi, men heldigvis var en ansatt ved bagasjerommet og frokostavdelingen fortsatt på jobb. Dette var noe som vi burde ha fått tydelig beskjed om på forhånd. Ellers veldig bra opphold!

Affordable, centrally located, highly recommend!

Convenient location. Complementary breakfast is pretty good.The rooms are clean.The only drawback is that it’s close the road so you can hear the traffic during the night.

Though this property is not very close to the city center, but it is walkable. It is also just across from a major metro station, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Very convenient!

Nice stay in this really well located aparthotel. The apartment was nice and clean but a bit noisy. Very friendly staff. Only the breakfast was very disappointing with basic and cheap food.
