It was ok. Room had a bit of smell initially. Soap dispenser not working. Street noise wakes you at 4-5 am as bins collected. This is annoying . No bottle water in the room on arrival. Outside looks a bit run down but on entering the apartment it was clean and tidy. Good WiFi and mattress was good. Felt safe. 15mins walk uphill from centre to apartment.

Good amount of space. Nice kitchen area. Bathroom is good, though bathtub is small - though it did not create any issues for us. Friendly and easily accessible owner. We will recommend it.

Magnifique relation qualite-prix

Nous occupions un logement situé au premier étage, côté cour. Il est très bien situé et permet de visiter facilement Porto à pied. Le quartier est agréable. La climatisation est un plus car le soleil chauffe tout l'après midi. L'équipement de la cuisine est assez restreint, il ne comporte même pas un couteau qui puisse éplucher convenablement un légume ou un fruit. l'isolation phonique est inexistante et nous avons subi toutes les nuits et parfois jusqu'à 4 heures du matin le bruit des voisins du dessus. Nous avons averti le propriétaire qui nous a dit faire le nécessaire auprès de ses autres locataires. Cette promesse n'a eu aucun effet, nous avons très mal dormi durant six nuits et étions contents de partir.

Bem localizado, limpo e um bom espaço interno

Apartment suited our needs. A good price. A good location. Condition of kitchen area was good but the bathroom was very bad. The bathroom door didn’t have a handle and was badly rotten at the bottom. The toilet didn’t flush at first but this was soon repaired by the owner. Strange layout for the single room which had an opening backing onto the kitchen sink giving no privacy. Lamp had no light bulbs. This made our granddaughter uncomfortable. Owner was helpful and tried to rectify things. Initial Cleaning was very good but no clean towels etc unless you ask.

Ótima localização, atendentes muito solícitos, nos auxiliaram sempre que demandamos. O problema de fato é o barulho que é contínuo, tanto no período da noite quanto no início da manhã.

Fantastic location - right on the main street for shopping, with easy access to the rest of the city. We loved that we had the entire apartment to ourselves and that there was an elevator (which was also really quick)! Parking was available for a small feel but I was happy to pay it to avoid getting a ticket or having the tires of the car clamped....plus the garage was really secure. All of the interactions with the folks who run the place were also really wonderful. Highly recommend!

I would not return. Place has potential but needs fixing. Our biggest concern was the bed which was too soft and sagging leading us to wake up with sore backs. We actually had to sleep separately and make use of the single bed to help us get through our 4 nights.

We travelled as a group of family and friends and booked three separate apartments. The apartments were spacious and had a double bed and a sofa bed. There was also a separate room with a single bed in each of them so we could actually have been accommodated in just two. We arrived late and the owner had waited for us. Although there were a few finishing issues eg wobbly wardrobe, tiny TV, missing lampshades etc it all did the job and was spotlessly clean. A small convenience store across the street and really close to metro station, restaurants, shopping centre and city centre.

Great location! A short walk on the same street and you end up in the shopping area. Not good if you are a shopaholic like me then you always go in for a peek on your way home ;) A short walk to the station Trindade where you have fast access to the airport and other locations like the beach. You can walk to all tourists attractions. Nice with full kitchen so you can make breakfast in the morning. The check in is easy and just next door. Friendly staff. I would stay here again!

Nous avons du attendre une journée entière pour joindre par téléphone et mail le responsable. Le ballon d eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas... avons dû changer d appartement

War vier Tage in Porto super Lage saubers Appartement, gerne wieder

Jättebra läge, billigt enkelt och bra. Porto är ett alldeles utmärkt resmål för oss friska i Coronatider.

Studio excelente. A única objeção foi que para o check-in o responsável e único pelo studio era de nacionalidade Chinesa e só falava Chinês ou Inglês e eu sou brasileiro e não falo as línguas que ele usava. No fim por meio da linguagem de sinais, tive uma ótima recepção.

Ótimo apartamento....ótima localização..muito próximo dos pontos turísticos.

O local é moderno, limpo e espaço para até 4 pessoas. Contudo, a rua é barulhenta durante a noite e os moradores de cima fazem barulho, o que dificulta o descanso noturno. Apesar de evidenciar no anúncio, achamos prejudicial o check-in tardio (16 horas) e o check-out cedo (11 horas), o que atrapalhou a realização de alguns passeios. 5 horas de diferença é muita para a organização do apartamento para outro hóspede.

Agradavel,estava td certinho,chegamos antes do horario e a chave estava no cofre,ficamos bem a vontade,td funcionou direitinho,e estavamos bem pertinho da estacao de metrô e da rua principal.
