絶景の川沿いでロケーションが最高

サンベント駅からはかなりの坂になっており、10分程度歩きます

バイシャ地区の中心部で街歩きに向くホテルでした。但し、坂の街のため、スーツケースを持っての公共機関（地下鉄・バス）利用でのチェックインは難しいです。最寄り駅からのタクシー利用で€5前後でした。デラックス ルーム (Castle or River View)は最上階の4Fで、castle viewでした。1Fはレストランで朝食別料金でしたが、温かい料理もありました。スタッフも親切でフレンドリーであり、リスエストに応えてくれました（ファドレストランや早朝タクシーの予約）。リスボン旅行の際はまた利用したいホテルでした。

観光には最適の場所、スタッフも丁寧に応対してくれました。みんなほんとうに親切でした。歩ける範囲に市内の殆どの観光名所があります。レストランも多く 駅も近く たいへん便利でした。

About 10 minutes on foot from the CP train station, but not so hard with my luggage. Location is nice for sightseeing and service is great. Staff told us nice places to visit and great restaurant for Portuguese dishes. That was very helpful.

The air conditioning did not work. We needed to switch rooms but the air conditioning was not working in the second room either Our first room had no bathroom door and was a ridiculous layout where the closet was no where near the bedroom or bathroom. Would definitely not recommend

Good location.

The hotel is categorized as a 4 star hotel, but really I would give it 3 stars. The furniture in the room is below average, cheap desk and night stands, working chair was horrendous. The young man (with the glasses) that checked me in and gave me a glass of wine was super nice and so friendly.

Hotel is amazing with a fantastic location, just be aware that it's located in a busy street and does get noisy at times.

Très bonne situation : à 5 minutes à pied des rives du Douro. Personnel très serviable, souriant et à l 'ecoute. Belles chambres. Bonne literie. Tres propre. Bon petit-dejeuner varié dans un cadre original. Si un jour je retourne à Porto, je reviendrai ici sans hésiter ! ! !

Great location, front desk very friendly. It just tends to get noisy during night due to motorists and ambulance/police. But other than that it was all good. Walking distance on most of the attractions around Porto. We enjoyed our stay here.

Property was in a great location, clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!

Close to everything, across from good restaurants and transportation.

the location was good for its proximity to shopping but the experience at the hotel was poor. We had 30-36 degree weather and no air conditioning in our room. Several other guests experienced the same issue on our floor (3rd) We let the staff know immediately and they said they would send someone to fix it but it never was fixed. The bathroom had no international electrical outlet so I was not able to plug in any hair products. When I let the front desk know, they told me to use the large mirror in the bedroom - we had no mirror in the bedroom or in close proximity to an outlet. Overall the management staff at this hotel was not helpful in resolving our issue and while the day to day staff were kind and tried to help, they could not fix the issues we experienced. I would not recommend this hotel

Location for the hotel in Ribeira district is nice. I would have preferred to stay in Centro. Hotel lift was not working so had to haul the luggage. Hotel rooms AC does not work well either, so had to open the windows at night to get some airflow.
