Ruime kamer met keuken, airco op de slaapkamer. Zeer proper, dagelijkse schoonmaakservice, dagelijks croissants aan de deur bezorgd,vriendelijk personeel, bar en restaurant in het gebouw, supermarkt op paar meter afstand. Parkeren was gratis in de garage. Soms wat hinder gehad van de muziek s avonds op het dakterras. Dagelijks ligt er een cruiseboot aangemeerd in funchal, toch heb je daar geen hinder van bij de attracties. Enig minpunt: aanrekening minibar ( gevriesdroogd fruit) was dubbel aangerekend en klopte niet, dit werd niet rechtgezet...

Bij het inchecken een uitgebreide rondleiding in het hotel gekregen. De kamer is heel ruim, modern en super netjes (wordt ook elke dag schoon gemaakt). Iedereen is vriendelijk en enorm behulpzaam. Je kan alle vragen over het eiland stellen en je krijgt super veel tips. Je kan gratis je was doen, water bijvullen en elke ochtend hangen er verse croissantjes aan je deur. Op het dak heb je genoeg zit- en ligplekken voor bij het zwembad en bar. Het hotel ligt op een hele centrale plek, met aan de overkant een grote supermarkt en om de hoek allerlei restaurantjes. Ook super handig dat je gratis gebruik kan maken van de parkeergarage onder het hotel, want op straat parkeren is bijna niet te doen vanwege de drukte. Het hotel en personeel heeft echt mijn vakantie nog fijner en beter gemaakt!

A nice place in the centre of Funchal. A lot of things in the proximity of the hotel. Nice people in the reception.

10/10!! Can’t say enough how amazing of a stay it was. They provided fresh croissants EVERY morning at our door. They were quick to reply to messages. The room was always very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. The restaurant is amazing and the bar was such a good vibe. Would definitely come back

The hotel is modern with all amenities, including a state of the art gym and rooftop bar and pool complex. It is well located just off the old town and opposite a large supermarket. Our one bedroom apartment was fully stocked with high quality equipment for self catering. There is a washer dryer for guest use FOC and they even provide washing and dishwashing tabs. The stand out for us was the staff and the little touches that made all the difference. Sid greeted us initially and then Marguerite on reception has been super helpful recommending a Jeep excursion which we really enjoyed. The room staff were efficient and provided everything we could have required during our stay even down to fresh croissant pastries every morning hanging from the door handle and some lovely local chocolates delivered personally on our last night. I recommend this hotel very highly, it is excellent!

The most wonderful little apartment, with luxury appliances and the best bed ever! Rooftop pool, lounge area in the middle of bustling Funchal, seemed like Shangrila, a little bubble of peacefulness and amazing views. Rooftop bar with live music at night is a pleasure and serves fantastic cocktails and bbq! Would love to come again, booking a year in advance is totally worth it!

Location Location Location, right at the heart of Funchal, by the market, old town, shopping, harbour and transport links, perfect. Great communication with the staff through what's app, helped print boarding passes and booked taxi's and restaurant with them. Swimming pool and bar on the roof with amazing views and great live music. Restaurant was fantastic, recommend the Bao buns and the steal to share, Apartment had everything we needed plus plenty of space and extremely clean. Lastly they gave me a bottle of fizz for my birthday, Highly recommended and I can see us staying here again when we return to the amazing island of Madeira.

We’ve stayed at the Three House Hotel several times now and each stay has consistently been great. The rooms are good sized and well laid out. Everything is clean and comfortable and the staff and management are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great location near the Old Town area where you feel like you’re a part of the Funchal experience in every good way!

Absolutely perfect hotel. Staff were incredibly kind. The room was spotless when we arrived and spotless every day when we got back after house keeping. The bed was comfortable and huge with great pillows. The towels were big and white and fluffy. The bathroom was great. The tv had games on it. The kitchen had everything you could need with complimentary cold filtered water, fruit, croissants every morning and jam. They sent up a bottle of Prosecco as it was my birthday with a sweet note. The restaurant was an absolute highlight, genuinely the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. The pool was gorgeous and the bar was the place to be in the evening which was so handy to just go downstairs to bed. Actually could not fault it and would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful room in a perfect location! Free parking and staff very accommodating and communicative. Nice pool on the roof and great food at the bar up there.

Die Unterkunft war modern und geräumig. Auf dem Dach die tolle Bar mit dem Pool. Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist optimal um die Insel zur erkunden. Das komplette Personal ist wirklich top! Rundum toller Aufenthalt.

Picked this hotel because of the central location and car parking. Only needed one night, but WOW. Beautifully presented with amazing rooftop pool and bar. Staff all helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't try the restaurant as it was closed on the night we were there. Car park tricky, but ok with a small car.

Mooi verblijf. Prachtige rooftop met bar. Kamers zijn groot, kraaknet en voorzien van alles. Een ontbijt service op de kamer zou het nog afmaken, ook de hele uitleg in de kamer bij de check-in is overbodig.

-The rooftop pool and bar were excellent. --The room was clean and spacious. -The gym on site was very large. -It was close walking distance to everything we wanted to get to including restaurants, and a grocery store.
