Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was very nice. The room was very small and only 3 stars because we had an issue with ants in our room. Not just a couple, we woke up to our bags, clothes, bed being covered with ants. We went to the front desk but was told there was nothing they could do. We had to completely unpack and shake everything out into the shower and wash the ants down. Mind you we were finding ants for 2 days. It was by far the most bizarre part of our trip.

Amazing place to stay! The rooms are beautiful, actually the whole place is! The beds are probably the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. Its all the little details that make this place so incredible. The artwork, the decor, the homemade breakfasts. The owners and staff were super nice! The vila is in the small town of Colares and is a short drive into Sintra. We wanted to stay near Sintra, but wanted to avoid the crowds and Vila Vitorino was perfect! Great price for what you get, if we ever come back to Portugal, we will definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

The 2nd oldest Chalet in Portugal with so much charm. Staff is attentive and the property is clean and well maintained. Great location away from all the crowds yet close enough to everything. Midway between the city center and the beach Praia Grande..will definitely go back.

Hôtel très charmant avec des personnes avenantes et à l’écoute. Un petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Emplacement à mi chemin entre les plages et la vile de sintra. Peu d’activité le soir sur place, la voiture peut être nécessaire

That is a beautiful property! The bedroom is so nice and the bedsheets were the most comfortable thing. The breakfast was also great. Vitorino is a very welcoming host.

Romantic and aesthetically gorgeous! Upon entering we thought we’d accidentally booked a castle! The pool was delightful and Costa the cat was very cute.

Appreciated having a pool as the weather was very hot and we needed to refresh after a long journey. Nice area a d walkable to restaurants and historical area.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel in a pretty, small town close enough for all the attractions of Sintra but far enough away that it is not swarming with tourists. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. There is a spotless swimming pool in a handkerchief sized garden full of beautiful flowers. The breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend! Just be aware that you will have to arrange your arrival time so someone can let you into the gated property. There is a little bell that is not immediately obvious to the left of the gate.

Pristine clean every where on and in the property. Room and bed were comfortable. breakfast was very nice. There is a brewery and winery within a 16 minute walk

Great breakfast we had just left Hilton Porto Hilton can learn how to serve a continental breakfast from Vila Vitorino! Parking was great a smaller space but large compared to some of the other property in Sintra.

Good stay at the property. Host very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful room, wonderful breakfast. Five stars.

Uma agradável surpresa. Experiência se de hospedar num palecete, com obras de artes pra todos os lados. Atendimento impecável do Vitorino e sua equipe. O quarto é enorme, muito confortável Cama gigante com cobertas e travesseiros de qualidade superior. Chuveiro maravilhoso. A gente se sentiu morando num palacio real. Café da manha simples porem gostoso. Realmente eu recomendo muito.

Não reparei que a recepção do hotel fechava. Recebi vários e-mails do Vitorino mas estava sem internet. Cheguei depois do horário e Vitorino foi muito atencioso. Agradeço muito por ter voltado ao hotel para me receber. O hotel é lindíssimo, um casarão antigo muito bem decorado. Experiência incrível! Belo café da manhã! Pastel de nata quentinho. Amei tudo!!
