It's nice place except location. A little bit far from downtown.If you visit as a business trip, it must be nice location, but sightseeing wise is not good

Insgesamt sehr gut und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig. Klimaanlage sehr laut, nachts ausgeschaltet. Liegt etwas abgelegen. Metro gut erreichbar aber bis zum Rossio Platz oder Cais del Sodre am Fluss muss man 30 Minuten rechnen.

Le seul point qui était dommage est que la télé ne soit pas une smart tv donc pas la possibilité de cast depuis son téléphone YouTube par exemple. Sinon dans l’ensemble bel hôtel, confortable et bien situé. Une gare juste à côté avec un supermarché.

everything about this hotel was great, my only 2 complaines are that outlets for charging our phones were not convenient and there was no microwave in the room or central one to use.

Struttura tre stelle ma ne vale anche quattro!! Ben posizionata e a 5 minuti dalla metro o da qualsiasi mezzo!

Alt var egentlig veldig bra, bortsett fra at aircondition på rommet ikke på noen måte var tilfredsstillende. Heldigvis kunne vi åpne vinduet på vidt gap og temperatur sank noen grader om natten. Ut over det er veldig bra hotell med god service!

This place was a nice place to sleep. The rooms were clean but dated. The lifts worked, but they took ages and pressed four floors, showing three on the screen after a few drinks, which was quite confusing. Breakfast was good enough, but I had lunch on the main restaurant, which was good. The cantine-style restaurant at the back was a proper bargain, costing less than €10 and serving good food. The staff was really helpful. The worst part for me was the pool. There was no staff around to give towels or safety, no sun umbrellas, and no functional bar for some drinks, so that was quite disappointing. For a short trip, it was okay, but not for me.

O hotel surpreendeu positivamente boa localização, quarto e colchão confortáveis e bom café da manhã!!!

O quarto tinha cheiro ruim. O café da manhã era bom, mas não tinha cereais.

Outstanding hotel in Lisbon. 5 minute walk to the Metro, restaurants, pharmacy and a supermarket. 15-minute walk to ISCTE. Very professional staff. Large closets. Comfortable beds and bathroom - it just needs more hangers for towels to hang and dry.

No había café en la habitación que me parece un básico en el cuarto de un hotel. Había días que los pasillos al cuarto olían a perro o mascota.

Front desk, the staff not friendly, not helping the guest if you ask some questions. Not happy to recommend all the time yes or no most time they say I don’t know. The attitude is not good. It’s not helping. Only the guy working May 9, 2025. We were checking in about 1 o’clock pm ,that day the guy working front desk no good.

Love the area and easy access to everything lots of good food only a short walk the parking lot and surrounding areas have a lot of garbage laying around… seem typical I find for Portugal tho very sad as it’s beautiful here
