The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again.

Everything was wonderful! We will be returning for a THIRD time very soon!

Great hotel and great location!

Great place to stay and right across from the beach. Local food places and shops in walking distance.

This property is located steps away from the beach but the room is small.

The room was clean and all the staff were very friendly and kind. My family enjoyed our stay. The beach amenities are very convenient and the hotel is right on the beach.

My first time staying at PR i stayed at Fairmont Hotel. That hotel had gym/ 3 large pools/ bar/ coffee bar/ restaurants / casino. Definitely preferred just due to the night life amenities! Aire olive hotel is much more calmer and simple is you’re looking to just stay in there to relax or planning on leaving the whole time. Views are amazing. Gotta pay for mostly everything. The service, the cleaness is excellent

Beautiful

Not a very big hotel and needs some work. Not very good if you are disabled. They put me by loud continuous noises above the pool area so no way to ever sleep or rest. Had to be moved and made us wait until 4 pm to check in. They got other people rooms ready that got there the same time as us 2 hrs before check in along with others checking in. We had to wait several hours regardless of my disability and for a room that was not even fit for us to sleep in due to the noise issues.

If you want a romantic boutique hotel, this is the place!

Upon first seeing the hotel, you noticed that they need some outside repairs.But once you get inside, it is beautiful. Our room was nice and spacious.It was cleaned every day.The amenities were great and the proximity to the beach, even better. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful boutique hotel right on the beach. The room was clean and beautifully renovated. There are still some construction going on however it didn’t interfere during the stay. No room service or food options early in the morning or late in the evening during the week. Driving in the neighborhood looks a bit sketchy but overall the surroundings area is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend and sta again.

Nice place small a little spendy for what you get. If you stay on 10 floor loud due to roof top restaurant

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my stay at the Aire de O:live Hotel in Puerto Rico, which I celebrated for my birthday. First and foremost, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Every team member I encountered was not only polite but genuinely eager to ensure my stay was pleasant. The valet service deserves a special mention; my car was always ready when I needed it, which added to the overall convenience of my stay. The hotel property itself was impeccably clean, showcasing a strong commitment to sustainability, which I truly appreciated. It felt great to stay at a place that prioritizes environmental responsibility while not compromising on comfort or luxury. One of the highlights of my trip was the hotel's location; being right next to the beach was a significant advantage. I thoroughly enjoyed the ease of walking to the beach, allowing me to soak in the sun and enjoy the waves without any hassle. Not only that, it was 6-7 minutes away from the airport, restaurants, and shopping malls. Additionally, I had the pleasure of experiencing brunch on the rooftop, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. The views were stunning, and the atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, making it the perfect setting to celebrate my special day. Overall, my experience at the Aire de O:live Hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Puerto Rico.

Nice hotel, very good location to the beach

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights for our annivesary. The hotel has a beachy wellness vibe and was recently renovated. It would be a great place for a couple, friends, or a solo traveler to stay (not super little kid friendly). The staff were really nice, and there are 2 good restaurants and 2 small pools, one on the 2nd floor and one on the rooftop. In reality, it seems like people only went to the 2nd floor one b/c the rooftop one was tiny and had no shade. The hotel is on a dead end and has its own umbrellas/lounge chairs/towels on the beach in front of the hotel, and it was the nicest section of that beach plus several others we visited during our time in PR. There were no shells or glass, just soft sand. There was sargassum one of the days but then it cleared up. On two mornings, a huge rainbow stretched across the sky at dawn. We did have one unfortunate thing happen with the hotel where my husband had called ahead to see if there was a gym and was told that guests could pay $10 daily to workout at the Fairmont hotel about a 10 min walk away. That turned out to not be true when we arrived b/c they had canceled the agreement. The front desk then said we could just go to their small gym on the 2nd floor, but there is actually no gym there. Not sure what happened there, so that was a bit disappointing because we had booked with the hope that we could use a gym.

I really liked how beautiful the hotel was and how conveniently located it was near restaurants and the beach. The staff was very polite and friendly, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the two restaurants located inside the hotel. What I did not like was receiving a brochure before my arrival advertising experiences like a floating dinner or a beachside dinner, only to be told I couldn’t book either of them when I tried to. It was frustrating to be offered these experiences ahead of time but then not be able to book them. I feel it would have been better not to include them in the brochure, or at least provide a heads up in the email about their limited availability. But overall I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. I loved that it wasn't huge. I stayed for my birthday trip. The rooms were beautiful and staff was so lovely. Enjoyed my stay and can't wait to come back.
