The apartment was roomy but should be cleaner, mold in the shower, gum stuck under night table, stained and chipped doors. Bad ventilation in kitchen - dinning area... windows didn't have screens so opening let in flies and mosquitoes and cooking made the area smoky cause they have no extractor. AC in bedroons only, kitchen and dinning and living room area hot all time. Smoke detector was broken. Got pictures if interested.

This was a HUGE disappointment. When I made the reservation I was told I would get an email 24 hrs. before arrival with directions & access codes. Well, I didn't. I had to call & make inquiries. I was then told they would send it the day of check in by 12 noon. My commute was 3 hrs from my location. I had to explain why I needed the info the day prior to check in because I needed the directions since I didn't know where I was going. The driving directions provided were absolutely HORRIBLE! The directions I received took me through every country side back road.which took us way longer than necessary to get there.The grounds were unkempt, the lockbox was hard to open & wouldn't close once opened. The door had a bolt lock which had about half inch screws. Not a very secure place. Plus there was no doorknob on the inside of the door. The air conditioners, only one was working & it was very loud and the other barely worked. The shower was dirty. The Apt as a whole was uncared-for.. Did I mention we couldn't close the lockbox? There was a HUGE crack...A HUGE crack in the bedroom window which was a safety issue. Luckily we didn't have the kids with us. The sheets were clean, this made it easier for us to stay put. The remote for the "guests" front gate access which didn't work was a joke. I wouldn't stay here again even if it were FREE. Don't waste your money on this place. I guarantee you will be HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED (and pissed). Look somewhere else.

is good place and location to get to a lot of places

The place is very comfortable and nice and clean. The location is near everything in Mayagüez and it's a very safe place with gate control and gated parking. On the other side, a few lights didn't work, the bathroom door was a bit damaged and the toilette had a little leakeage. Also the beds were twin XL, so it could be uncomfortable for some people. Overall the experience was very pleasant.
