It was a basic stay. We needed a place last minute because our apartment is on the other side of the island and it was too late to come back. This is on the 4th floor, it had a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and a sofa bed, plus a washer and dryer. We didn’t need anything fancy as all we wanted was a place to sleep for the night. The couch had some stains but the bed looked comfortable until we went to sleep… there was a huge hole on the side my husband laid on. We were exhausted so all he did was to try to sleep upside down on the bed for some support. I mentioned this to the owners on a message and offered to send photos but received a reply saying I should have let them know sooner(1AM?!) I wouldn’t stay here again but it was only because we got a bad bed.

Only positive was the room was clean. We had a fourth floor room — no elevator. Tile covering the old metal stairs loose, cracked and some off. Then the next morning no hot water and no one on site to talk to. Sent message — still no hot water 2nd morning. Was relatively well equipped although fridge never did get cold for our water.
