Nice place to stay in

The only thing I did not like was they had waterbug’s in the hotel rooms.

The lobby is very nice. Limited food options- The cafe colas staff is friendly and helpful. The gift shop I was limited and has a lot of over priced items but not practical. The air conditioner in the room was very loud . They charge a high resort fee and then the towel guy by the pool gives you a hard time when getting towels. They don’t give you the right amount of water bottles- if they run out, they only give what is in the cart and are too lazy to go get the missing water bottles. The guys who keep your luggage are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff is mediocre. The food was good. The outside bar is too small and gets overloaded when ordering quick service food from there. It takes a long time to place the order and to get the food. When ordering from the QR service at the beach- it can take a very long time just to get drinks. They are disorganized when setting up the chairs and have trouble locating the flags on the sand. The beds were comfortable and the front desk was polite.

Property was clean, staff friendly, conveniently located. Only downside is the beach is not private.

Loved the lobby and outdoor areas. Being able to step out onto a huge beach was exactly what I wanted. The rooms could be updated- I’d grade ours a solid B, but the outdoor spaces and seating downstairs more than made up for it. Many fun creatures hang out near the pools- we saw iguanas, little lizards and crabs in the shrubs. At night you can hear the coqui. We plan to stay here again!

Our rooms were joined, and we loved our balcony view! The cocktails at the lobby bar are really worth a daily stop to taste them all, as were the appetizers (charcuterie and onion/mozzarella turnovers were our go-to)... If the restaurant is too busy, try going out to nearby restaurants (10-15 min walk), there are great options for dining out

Our “Ocean Front” room was an “Ocean View” room at best, blocked off by a large wall on one side. There was no conditioner in the room. Exceptionally bad service. Server at Sirena didn’t have cutlery for the 4 of us, handed us a fork at a time, unfolded napkins when we asked for a couple without a word of apology. Never had such rude service ever before. Food is meh, everything takes very long to arrive. Breakfast buffet is way overpriced and very meh. The swim up pool bar was very ramshackle and closed at 6pm. The beach has big signs for rip currents and had a red flag for each of the 5 days we were here. Very poor experience and will not stay here again. But we had an amazing time in Puerto Rico and will be back on the island again for sure.

Staff was wonderful, Lobby was ok no TVs in bar area, casino extremely small and was never asked if we wanted a drink being there 7 days never even seen a waiter, Room was old outdated no headboard on a bed that was on a piece of wood, on arrival we had switched rooms balcony faced idk what people hanging out there windows for the amount of money we paid accommodations should have been on point. Had constant issues with getting in and out of parking pass that was given seemed to always not work. Overall the beach was beautiful that’s it..

A little far from restaurants and shopping but great beach.

Limited towels, and make sure you’re aware there is extra charges once you check out. Outlets were not working properly so my phone wasn’t charging. You have to pay 25 dollars a day to park. Food wasn’t good at all. It’s long wait for food

I enjoyed having various pools & hot tubs as well as beach front access. Airport is nearby so u hear the airplane noise constantly. Not a lot of food options on the property but uber eats was available.

The resort is fabulous. Beautiful clean pool, Sun loungers and umbrellas on beautiful beach and staff are excellent and friendly. Great for kids. Short taxi ride to explore old town San Juan and Pinones. The rooms are very dark and dingy for the price and the airplanes are extremely noisy given proximity to the airport. Balcony with limited beach view was awful with construction directly outside. Airplanes take off late and very early and make it hard to sleep. Dispite the drawbacks we still had a lovely trip and if we found a less expensive deal we would return to the property in the future.
