Between hotel and motel. Shower drain is slow and overflows soaking the floor. The bathroom receptacle next to the mirror and sink is not grounded (GCFI). Fire alarm seems was yanked out of the wall. Pillows are small so i requested two extra ones. Cats were meowing in front of room and one puppy was at the reception area that almost got away when leaving. Pet waste was on the entrance floor.

Rating of this property can not be true It is at best a 7 rating. Property is very old, maintenance not kept up, the entire island was on a blackout - however, hotel used a generator from the 1950,s. Very loud. Breakfast selection was one plate of eggs, potato bacon and toast or ?????? Breakfast served in a utility area - no atmosphere. In room electrical wires were hanging exposed with conduit - windows did not open. Room key did not work - went three times to desk. Maintenance worker came but could not fix. He gave us master key. The price paid was nowhere close to be justified - however - in my opinion - the rating is manufactured

Great wedding venue ! Staff was polite and attentive. Would definitely go back.

Upon arrival the room was dirty, hairs all over the shower floor and toilet. Spider webs all over the room and bathroom walls. The towels and lonen were dorty and stained. There was no blanket on the bed, the blanket was rolled in a ball on the closet floor and smelled terribly. We were cold slept with just the sheet. We had to call the staff to clean and give us clean linen abd towels. Staff were nice but the property itself needs a big upgrade. The view is beautiful and the pool area was nice. I would not return to this property.

Lo que hace especial este lugar son sus paisajes. El atardecer desde aquí es hermoso y mágico. Las fotos de la boda de mi sobrina espectaculares. La comida del restaurante excelente.♥️

Needs some renovations but in general is good for short staying

El hotel cuenta con personal muy atento pero sus condiciones de estructura y limpieza pesimas,la barra de la piscina nunca abrio durante nuestra estadia y el aire de la habitación liqueaba de tan sucio que estaba.

Personal: restaurante, barra, limpieza excelente atentos, comprometidos, serviciales, respetuosos, personal del check out necesitan motívalos más al cliente ni siquiera preguntan cómo le fue, personal de check in muy atentos amables y respetuosos. Muy buena ubicación del hotel pero muy deteriorada la planta física: pintura deteriorada, techos y maderas dañadas, piscinas con fondos despintados, arbustos que no son apropiados o son feos y no sirven como decoración, falta de jardines qué color y viveza al lugar, aires acondicionados viejos con moho, falta de ambientación música o equipos que entretengan. El lugar es un lugar hermoso y que puede convertirse un lugar donde las familias lo elijan por muchas razones si se hacen estos arreglos. Les hago estas observaciones no como una crítica sino como una observación para que mejoren en aquellos puntos débiles. Gracias

Got to the property was ignored by the staff. One person on the phone, another two in an office behind talking and laughing. The room had a weird smell and the bathroom was dirty. The room didn’t have all working lights so it was a little dark. The pool was good and so was the restaurant.

The around areas are quite and peaceful.

They need to improve security (they need security guards, specially during nights)

Love it. Excellent place to stay with closed beaches, restaurants & shopping store's. If I can gave this hotel a 500 stars I would. Outstanding place to stay.

Tiene un ocean view increíblemente hermosa. Muy cerca de lugares históricos como El Túnel.
