Overall the property is decent. I wish they had someone cleaning the pool. It would get dirty with people coming in and out. So there would be several twigs and bugs floating around. The rooms are spacious but need upgrades. You can tell things are old and rusted like the metal lamps had rust etc. also the lighting is bad in rooms. Overall not horrible but not luxury. Rooms were clean and all employees and service were very pleasant

The property conditions need to be improved.

We keep coming for more. Mainly because of two things: the scenery, and the size of the pool. Things are indeed improving after the pandemic. Its the perfect spot to relax and watch part of the Sunset (there is a hill in the way). Still a beautifull scenery. I think that by autumn you might actually see the sun touching the horizon. Location is good. Right in the beach, but not too far from good cuisine and the town center of Rincon. Friendly staff. As for the rooms... well, those are clean. But, there is a reason why I am only giving 4/5 stars. And thats because our room had 2 doors in one single door frame separating our room from another. We could hear some excitment (because of a game, thankfully just a game) in the other side of those doors. As a couple celebrating our anniversary, that was very uncomfortable. We didnt had any neighbours the prior nights so we didnt complaint. But certainly, thats not something to look the other way either. Im paying for some privacy, and a nice and comfortable rest. A door between rooms?!?! Really? I might still return, but making sure we dont get that room again. As for the food, the service and quality of the food is amazing. No need to go somewhere else. Honestly. And finally, there is a little detail about the pool that might be disgusting: the southeast corner of the pool tends to accumulate some nasty stuff there. Something in the design, maybe? Or sone faulty filtering system? I know they give it a nice maintenance.

The only detail that could express the lack of supervision in the pool since there were children playing with balls throwing it and hardly saw cleaning in the morning before opening it to the guests

Está en una buena localización , el hotel tienen que darle más cariños a las habitaciones se nota que llevan años sin cambiar los gabinetes . El agua de la ducha no sale muy caliente y te dicen que no puedes abrir mucho la llave para que caliente un poco. La comida del restaurante es buena. Por lo demás la pasamos bien en un ambiente relajado.

Es buena pero área de barra de piscina muy poco tiempo abiertas al igual que la facilidades de comida.

Este resort me sorprendio y excedió mis expectativas. Esperaba un lugar muy que no aceptara niños y o que fuera mas para adultos. Pero ademas de mi hijo de un año, mi abuela, y yo la pasamos de maravilla. Ademas que mas abajo (como a 3 min) hay variedad de restaurantes. Ahora independiente mente sea un lugar familiar también lo vi como un lugar para parejas es super tranquilo y bien relajante especial mente si escoges cuarto con vista al mar. Que eso fue un A+ para mi. Lo recomiendo full me volvería a quedar.

Me entregaron una habitación sucia. Me intentaron cambiar de habitación dándome una de menor vista y pagando diferencia. Me cambiaron de habitación y la misma como quiera no estaba limpia. Tenía mucho polvo hasta en las mesas y las toallas aún se veían sucias con maquillaje y hasta pestañas de otras personas. Los alrededores y la piscina son lindos, pero la habitación no cumple con la expectativa. Gracias.

Beautiful view, and the staff were very humble and professional.

No hot water

Its a great place for families especially single dad or mom to feel very save in this place. Its worth it the 2 hours drives from the airport. Lots of beaches around the area.
