Las facilidad no es lo que muestran en las fotos. Esta totalmente deteriorado. Baños con moho, habitación con olor furte a humedad, no hay agua caliente, picina sucias, fuente sucia, maquna de hielo no funciona. Mi estadia era por 4 dias y solome pude quedar una noche por que no aguantamos el mal olor. Y no devuelven el dinero.

It looks great at first but then you feel like you are in a place forgotten. It sits next to something that feels like a former military base. The bed was horrible, I barely slept. The bathroom was horrid. The only nice place was around the pool.

Glass in room was dirty. Rooom stinked. Pools dirty. Place looked abandon.

Need to upgraded the pool and the outside areas, the room was okei and the staff was excellent.

La habitacion aunque limpia, tenia un olor fuerte a humedad. El sitio estaba limpio, la piscina no se veia limpia, se nos hizo dificil encontrar el lugar ya que el GPS no reconoce el lugar... recomiendo remodelacion

The room was unattended, bathroom dirty no towels, tv did not work. surrounding areas in poor condition. No ice maker machine,

The areas and the property felt neglected. Also, there was a cockroach and a spider in the bathtub and the water was dirty with a weird tint.

El personal muy amable, check in y check out rápido, Habitaciones y alrededores limpios. Estacionamientos disponibles Tranquilidad absoluta. La piscina hay q darle un poco mas de mantenimiento. Pero para el precio está muy bn.

Hotel looks and feels like a motel. At least room was clean and bed although uncomfortable didnt have any bugs or roaches in it. No Wi-Fi at all and tv only had 3 channels which two were local. Was enough to take a bath, sleep and leave early next day.

When we arrived at the hotel we realized that the photos are nothing like those that were taken for the promotion, the check-in was quick, we went to the room that was assigned to us and when we entered it smelled musty and the bathroom had cockroaches, we went to the front desk we let him know and they assigned us another room the same had the bottom of the door an opening of two fingers of space we had to ask for a towel to put it in the space so that no animals would not enter, there were many mosquitoes the interior of the room the pool was dirty, the drain of the bathtub and the sink did not go down well the water took a long time to go down, they did not offer breakfast or snacks, the room did not even have a refrigerator, the last day we found a fairly large cockroach in the bathroom, the hygiene of the room was not the best either.

Nesecita mantenimiento Si es un viaje a ultima hora y algo económico a diferencia d otros ps pero solo a dormir.

Las fotos presentadas aquí no son reales. Facilidades muy descuidadas, perros y gatos realengos en todo el hotel. La máquina de hielo inservible. No hay agua caliente para bañarse, las bañeras están tapadas, el agua no baja. Mal olor en las habitaciones, baños muy descuidados y sucios. Luces del tocador no funcionaban. El servicio al cliente en la noche es inexistente, sólo hay un supuesto guardia de seguridad que no pudo ayudar ni resolver la situación. En fin, un lugar muy malo para quedarse. Jamás volvería aquí.

El personal fue muy amable de eso no tengo quejas ,pero el hotel como tal Horrible mucho olor a humedad , vacío ,deteriorado ,la verdad no me quise quedar entregue la llave y me fui ,que lástima porque tiene una piscina bonita y potencial pero está abandonado daba miedo

No fridge, no micro, bed not good ,not enough towels, soap dispenser empty Does not feel like the name fits. Wont go again unless improvements are made
