It was excellent, room did had minor damage when receiving the room, like the bathroom door would not lock, and the toilet holder was broken and fell, making the people downstairs complain about noise coming from our room, but other than that all good, would’ve loved for the pool to close a little later than 9, loved the treatment that William gave us on our stay in the breakfast restaurant, both times I have stayed here, he has given us an amazing service definitely 100/10

We had an amazing week at the Royal Sonesta San Juan! Staff were incredibly friendly and service exceptional. The grounds were immaculate, beach was clean and perfect for swimming and water sports. The property is a quick 5 minute ride from the airport, but we never heard loud aircraft flying over us. We really liked the food at the beach and pool bars, however, found the Italian restaurant attached to the resort to be overpriced and mediocre at best. For a really nice dinner, check out Entrevinos Wine Bar, across the street from the resort. Also across the street is Mi Casita, which had tasty Mofongo, and a marketplace where you can buy snacks and drinks way cheaper than on the resort property - we purchased bottles of prosecco there and had no problem bringing them back to the resort and drinking them by the pool. Also recommend walking down the street to the pharmacy to purchase sunscreen, as the resort charges almost $30 for a spray bottle. We truly loved this resort and can't wait to visit again!

Ocean front room had beautiful view. Clean, modern, and friendl, very helpful staff. William, one of the door men, always greeted us with a big smile and friendly words. Great pool and hot tub. Very nice beach, everything was great! Walkable to many good restaurants and 5 minutes from airport! Would stay here again

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The amenities, including the pool, spa, restaurant, and swim up bar, were top-notch and added to the overall experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Beach access was the best one and all the outdoor services are great and stuffing are very nice ,helpful and polite. The room quality is good but wasn't upto my expectations. May be its on the midddle of the city n built longtime ago. Overall,i had a good trip and nice hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and so was the hotel. Food was decent but plenty of other walking distant options. Jenny (our poolside waitress) was wonderful and so fun! Definitely coming back!!!
