Bathrooms were not cleaned. Bed pillows were dirty.

Good value for money very friendly staff

Not clean. Broken shower, faulty drain, Very little utilities as listed in the kitchen. Rooms not maintained daily. Breakfast provided sparse. Very disappointing especially as review on Expedia stated hotel suitable. I have taken photos.

Its a good place with some good facilities, staff are friendly but it is in need of some TLC

Ok location for the money you pay and good customer service (slow but ok). However I was extremely disappointed with the kitchen. Breakfast was meant to be served from 6.30am but when I got downstairs after 7.15am there was still no food as chef didn’t turn up to work yet. Eventually got food at 8am which was very late for my 3 year old daughter. When we wanted to have a light lunch at 11.30am as we had an overseas flight to catch, we were told none of the two chefs were in the kitchen again. Airport shuttle was good (used it both ways) - although the van used on a pick up night had plenty to be desired (super old model and the seat belts did not work).

The photographs reflect the hotel a decade ago. The room was very old. the balcony was filthy. The gym was hot and dirty and each of the three running machines malfunctioned (one even gave me an electric shock). We tried the restaurant but the first 4 things we ordered were not served. I also pre-ordered the shuttle to collect us from the airport, but when I got there, nobody had a clue about it. Do not go here!

Clean and quite, staff is very helpful and friendly

The airport distance and I didn’t like the poor internet connectivity.

Filthy, poor internet, noisy and over-priced for the services provided.

They did not have my booking and had no spare rooms had to leave and go somewhere else Not impressed after flying 13.5 hours !

Fikk ikke det rommet som var bestilt og A/C virket ikke. Fikk et nytt rom etterpå som var bedre. Er du på ferie så anbefales ikke dette hotellet men for arbeid så går det ettersom alt på hotellet er billig.

Sofa condition not good but bed was ok anyway time is passsed good

I arrived the hotel for checking upon receiving a conformation from Expedia ...and I was shocked that the hotel refused the booking and stayed almost 5 hours until Expedia relocate me in other hotel....

Hôtel ancien mais qui garde son charme. Situation correcte à proximité de la ville. Personnel super gentil et aimable, le top. Par contre, propreté moyenne (l'essentiel bains/WC est ok, mais l'état global n'est pas à 100%), pas de salle de sport, piscine fermée justement lors de mon séjour, rue bruyante car les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien, voisins hyper bruyants. Restaurant attenant à l'hôtel très bien et petit dèj copieux. Hôtel sauvé par la gentillesse de son personnel.

There is a lot of problems with this hotel,on entering there were no clean towels for us to shower, we requested them 4 times finally getting them 8hrs later. Opened the wardrobe and the door fell off,tried to turn the TV on with the remote and found there were no batteries in the remote,the SAFE did not work assume the batteries were flat and it was not secured had to request for Toilet paper and the final straw Requested a wake-up call for 4.30am which did not happen. Fortunately we woke in time.Buffet Breakfast was not provided as stipulated on booking.Location POOR.

Personal an Rezeption und Restaurant war einfach klasse. Vielen Dank an euch! Dafür war die Sauberkeit und der Zimmerservice sehr schlecht. Böden waren überall dreckig und Bäder und Küche schmutzig. Wenn man das echte Doha sehen möchte, ist das eine sehr passende Gegend mit viel Multikulti auf den Straßen. Deswegen aber auch nachts relativ laut.

Provided free complimentary water over the 2 bottles. Although the booking was for 2 persons there were towels for only 2. Kitchen has all the immenities except for and oven. Location is not easily accessible to main roads. Using google maps the directions were circuitous. The taxi drivers are not familiar with this hotel.
