First of all what a delight it was to stay here. Its like a boutique hotel but not quite boutique. Nice and quite. I have stayed in other hotels in Doha but this certainly has a unique experience. The staff were amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, caring and did there jobs to the highest standards. I want to thank all the staff below : Front Office Team: Mr. Abdulrahman, Mr. Arun, Ms. Raja, Ms. Rahil, Mr. Helmi and Ms. Kateryna Concierge Team: Mr. Abu Bakr, Mr. Sharif, and Mr. Raj Valet Parking: Mr. Abin Thank you once again from myself and my 2 boys.

Schönes Stadthotel zentral gelegen in U Bahn Nähe. Freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Top Service, man wird als Gast wirklich wahrgenommen. Das ganze Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Spezieller Dank an Nema aus dem Restaurant für die Zubereitung unseres Frühstücks außerhalb der regulären Zeit.

Spectacularly gorgeous interior design! I booked my room here because I wanted to see the interiors in person and the care and detail from the lobby to the various lounges to the restaurants and all the common areas in between were amazing… I work in residential interior design so I can appreciate the various details from lighting to tile work to accessories and furnishings and this hotel really is striking and beautiful… Property is extremely well maintained and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Found my room tastefully done, with plenty of power ports and elegant and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to Doha…

Our first meeting with Riviera Rayhaan By Rotana was with Ms. SouKaina. It is often said that precious things come in small packages, and when we think of diamonds and jewelry, we most often think of them - the hotel clearly has a small jewel with a big heart for extremely good customer service - and that is Ms. SouKaina, who unsolicitedly gave us important and practical information upon arrival and always with a big smile answered everything we wondered about during our 15-day stay. Every place in the hotel was neat, clean and tidy and the whole hotel actually always smelled good. The breakfast was quite varied. Big thanks to Ailyn who explained everything about the breakfast - and more, she is far beyond expectations polite and service-minded, and among other things, made sure that those who needed to know about my gluten-free food got the information, and I felt 100% safe when Ailyn sorted it out. Thanks to Mary, who always smiled and served us coffee and other things we had ordered during breakfast. The breakfast at the hotel deserves a good mention. The hotel is generally very clean and tidy. Good mattresses, duvets and pillows made our night's sleep a dream. The roof terrace with a large swimming pool was absolutely wonderful. Nema was always smiling in the breakfast room, but equally smiling and incredibly service-minded in the Aroma Lobby Lounge and the nearby outdoor terrace where she arranged parasols and catering for us. It is generally not safe to be a pedestrian
