Schnelles Check-in, saubere und große Zimmer

Zimmer war Executive Suite zur Straßenseite. Im Badezimmer und Toilette waren die Abflüsse und Fugen deutlich mitgenommen. Abfluss war verbogen Metall bereits korodiert. Es gab keine Bademäntel im Zimmer und auch nicht genug Handtücher. Kaffeemaschine ok, Plastikwasserflaschen. Poolbereich sehr klein, wenig Plätze. Gym ist voll ok. Im Hotel selbst fanden wir die Klimaanlage so stark aufgedreht dass uns kalt war im Zimmer waren anfangs 19 Grad! Wohlgemerkt ist draußen eine Hitze jedoch ist der Unterschied dann viel zu groß Erkältungsgefahr. Essensauswahl war etwas geringer und nur 1 Kaffeemaschine die überfüllt war. Vom Obst und Gemüse etwas schlechtere Qualitätauswahl. Ich würde das nicht mehr buchen für einen Doha Trip.

Property was really nice, very clean and staff were amazing. Location was sort of in the ghetto and the breakfast buffet was very limited

The staff was excellent in particular Rajesh who treated us extremely well. However, the windows and the infrastructure you could tell needed some work done. I’m sure it looked great when it first opened, but you could see the wear and tear. They definitely need a remodel.

Overall I would rate this hotel 4/5. Dina at the front desk was super friendly and I asked if I could do an early check in, she made this possible. My room was gorgeous! The location is 5 mins to a metro station on a straight road and travelling is really cheap in Doha. The only thing I was not a fan of was the breakfast and dinner. I had half board. Both options were very poor.

This hotel is a pretty good space for a business trip with lots of work. Not for views or vacation spot but definitely a nice space for work.

I enjoyed my stay at the Steigenberger hotel it was quite clean and a loved the team over there, they were very attentive and welcoming. Overall I had a positive stay there.

Came here for 9 nights as a solo female traveller. Would 100% recommend. Felt so safe. So much security in and around the hotel. No one can get onto your floor without a card. Breakfast was nice just go before 10am. Staff were so friendly wow, didn’t expect the hospitality to be so amazing. I have already told many people about my stay and I think they will check it out if they’re ever in Doha! Great area too! Not too far from the main attractions like. Check out nandos and the cafe! Thank you soooo much guys!

I booked 4 nights and i changed the room many times because of very bad smell in the first time, for the guests noise in the second time, that was without upgradingtheroom. A bad response to fix room telephone, also the towels was old and not clean. The iron wasn't work till they changed it, need to care for the bathrooms cleanliness. The hotel is very dirty from out side.

The rooms are visibly old and not cleaned properly. I had to change rooms from all the stains, hair balls and just things are older. Room does not match the Photos. Outside the facility and lobby is well maintained but for the price I would not stay here again.

Disappointed by this hotel. Won't be staying here again.

It had Nando’s what I didn’t like was the construction around it

The staff here are so attentive, the hotel itself is not far from the airport which is great, shopping facilities aren’t too far either it was very easy to get around with uber, overall loved my holiday, the country and the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, and will hopefully be back soon
