Excellent accomodations and service!

Our stay was pleasant but we believe the cleanliness could be improved. Upon checking in, we found dust in the bedroom and some limescale in the shower. The body lotion and tissues were also empty. These small details could have easily elevated our experience to five stars. The heated pool was good and the staff were fantastic, always ready to help.

Rooms are clean and spacious, bedding was crisp, hotel design modern

The hotel was very spacious, clean and polite staff, only slight down side was the pool is a roof top pool so was quite small and limited sun beds.

The bathroom constantly smelt of bad drainage throughout our whole stay. The corridor is blasting out freezing cold air con when it does not need to be this cold. They have a body scanner on entrance which makes you feel like you’re going through security most of the time, it does not look appealing. And the rest of the time they don’t even use it so they can’t be that concerned about their security.

Best hotel ever

Excellent service, room was spotless on arrival. All staff very friendly and helpful, thoroughly enjoyed my stay... will visit again!

Stayed in the premium room and it was amazing. Staff are so friendly and knowledgable. Stayed for a whole week and could have spent the entire time in the hotel because it was that good. Lots of amenities with the hotel

After a lengthy trip, I wanted a stopover that I could relax before the long flight back to Australia. This was perfect. Great pool area, spacious room and bathroom. It is located away from most things, which I wasn’t worried about, meant I didn’t leave and spend money unnecessarily. I booked the half board such meant I had breakfast and dinner included. Can I say, this was really impressive. Each night was a different theme and the amount of food was incredible.

Beautiful room but faulty AC

Decent hotel with a good location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Felt the hotel lacked some of the 5 star feels. Rooms were cleaned daily however carpets on floors were stained. Variety of food was good but not sufficiently differing in the breakfast menu. Especially disappointed in the buffet dinner. I had half board included but was told the dinner did not include any drinks (only water) what made it worse was they were charging 25 riyals for a coke can which was in the shopping market right outside the hotel for 2.5 riyals. For a 5 star hotel some drinks should be included and most definitely should not be more than 10 times the price of the drink from the market

Amazing experience and very clean and tidy hotel! Highly recommended and will visit again
