Perfect stay

フロントのマリーナ、レストランのデイビッド、コンシェルジェの女性、ドアマン、バッグのセキュリティの男性、全てのスタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。何よりもスタッフが、笑顔でとても親切に接してくださったことが一番印象的でした。この点において、今まで宿泊したホテルの中でナンバーワンだと思います。 ただ、このホテルは英語に自信のない旅行者にはオススメできません。普通はホテルのレストラン、スパ、ジム等の案内は写真と料金付きで案内書が部屋に置いてあるものですが、文章でサラッと説明した冊子しか置いてありません。ここのところは改善するべきだと感じました。 部屋が寒かったこと。空調を入れていつまで経っても冷たい風しか出てきません。半日後、再度フロントに電話を入れたところ、それは暖房機能はしていないことを知らされ、代わりにヒーターを運び入れてくれました。2月は朝夕は冷えるので、暖房はしっかりしてほしいです。 バスルームは大きなバスタフと、別にシャワールームも付いていてゴージャスでした。たっぷりの熱々のお湯に毎晩浸かって、旅の疲れもよく取ることが出来ました。使ったタオルはそのまま置いておいてくださいと案内が書いてあった理由が翌日判明。私達が置いた同じ所に新しい足拭きタオルがセットされていました。滞在者の生活スタイルを尊重してくださっている姿勢を感じて嬉しくなりました。 夜は、部屋のドアを開けるとレストランから寛いだピアノの音色が届きます。大人が落ち着いて、リラックスするのに最適な雰囲気のホテルです。 ホテルが空港からタクシーで30分と離れているので心配しましたが、道々、海岸沿いの景色を堪能できたのでかえって良かったと思いました。

From A to Z absolutely a wonderful place!

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Doha was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The attention to detail, the high level of service, and the friendly attitude of the staff truly set this hotel apart. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, or with housekeeping, we were always met with a smile and the utmost care. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay, and every request was handled with efficiency and kindness. It is clear that the employees are highly dedicated and take great pride in ensuring that guests enjoy a perfect experience. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Doha!

I wanted to give this accomodation 5 stars since the building is beautiful and the diner options are excellent. However I stayed for 9 nights and for some crazy reason the jacuzzi was turned off after sitting in it for an hour which made me feel like I overstayed my welcome? It was a bald dark man around 45 years old at the swimming pool. Extremely rude was his behavior so therefore my rating.

Super séjour, agréablement surpris du rapport qualité-prix qui est excellent. Merci infiniment à Amine, Hafid, Habib et Mohammed. L’entièreté du personnel est au petit soin.

Very nice hotel,very good service,food ok,the beach is nothing Special but anyway ok. Pool is small,tennis and Gym Amazing. People very friendly,room big and nice. We had a very good family vacation

Very nice hotel for kids

Club room facilities are good but you can ignore the dress code as nobody polices it. Same guy a few nights in training gear, trainers, sports shirts etc but nobody said anything to him which was disappointing as some other people made an effort to dress up. Meals in club lounge were generally very good but afternoon tea wasn’t worth the visit so we only went once. Staff very good and attentive. Pool area is looking a little tired and it would be nice to have somewhere to sit in some shade in the pool other than sitting at the bar. Plenty of loungers and space and the lifeguards are the most attentive I’ve seen anywhere so very safe. No information anywhere in the room about any of the events going on, hotel plan, gym opening times or menus for the restaurants etc. if you don’t have a smart phone you have no chance, even the drinks menus are on-line. The buggy to the Lagoona mall was unexpected but a nice touch, again not advertised anywhere. I would stay again as I really enjoyed it.

Everything was perfect.

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha delivers exceptionally well on its promise of luxury and personalized service. From the warm welcome to the consistently attentive staff, the experience feels thoughtfully curated and family-friendly. The team members went above and beyond to make us feel at home, especially engaging with our young child in a way that made our stay even more meaningful. While the Kids Club fell short of expectations, the overall standard of service and hospitality more than compensated for it, making our visit truly memorable.
