プラハのメインステーションから徒歩５分ほどで立地が最高です。 ホテル自体は普通に快適な感じでした。星や口コミがかなり良いので、期待してしまってた分少しがっかりでした。

中心地にあるのでアクセスは良い方だと思います。 徒歩で市民劇場まで15分、時計台まで10分程度でした。 朝食の種類も多く、特にスムージーが充実していたので毎日嬉しかったです。 部屋もアメニティがMolton Brownだったのが選んだ一因でしたが、ちゃんとMolton Brownでした(笑)バスタイムも癒されました。

総合：全体的に高級感があり、居心地の良いホテルでした。 従業員：皆さん非常に親切でした。 部屋：広くてとても綺麗です。毎日、無料の飲料水をお部屋に提供していただけて助かりました。 場所：繁華街からも近く、中心地までは徒歩で１０ー１５分ほどですので、便利でした。（このホテルに限ったことではないのですが、私たちはタクシー利用がほとんどだったのですが、プラハの街中は一方通行が多く、歩けば直線の距離も車移動だと迂回しなければならないことに注意が必要です。） ホテルシャトル：８００チェココルナで国際空港までのワゴン車を手配してくれます。（家族４人で十分な大きさでした。荷物も含めて６人くらい乗れそうでした） 朝食：朝食付きプランではなかったので、わかりません。口コミをみると美味しいのではないかと思います。（我々は朝ごはんをがっちり食べるタイプではないので、街中のスーパーマーケットやフードコートで簡単に済ませました。我々は行きませんでしたが、すぐ近くのショッピングモールにマクドナルドも入っていました。）

大変立地が良く観光にとても便利でした。団体客を余り見かけることがなかったので　朝食も落ち着いていただけました。　スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしかったです。

I had a wonderful stay at Almanac X Alcron. The location in New Town is perfect - it's just close enough to walk to literally everything (even Mala Strada and the Palace across the river), Metro stop is <10 minutes, tons of shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery (multiple mini marts, M&S and a little further - Billa). Quiet location - I heard no one from outside or inside my entire stay. The room itself was spacious and modern. It was spotlessly clean from check in to check out. The coffee maker in the room is wonderful (with complimentary non-dairy milk if needed) and complimentary still & sparkling waters are replenished daily. The staff was wonderful & welcoming. A welcome drink is offered at check in, porters available to take your luggage up, housekeeping friendly and approachable in the corridors. I had an issue with my coffee maker being blocked and they replaced with an entirely new machine. I didn't take advantage of the restaurant, bar or spa services, but it's a plus to have them all onsite if you need them! Especially since breakfast starts at 7a on weekend and most places in the area don't always open until 8a (or later). My only wishes for upgrades are the pillows (because no hotel pillow is great) and the bed was a little noisy if you toss and turn. Would return and recommend!

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Auswahl super. Das Zimmer und auch alle anderen Lokalitäten im Hotel waren sehr sauber und gepflegt.

My experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival to our “Deluxe” room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working properly. The staff advised us to give it some time to cool down, but the room never refreshed. We reported the issue to reception, and they assured us that the maintenance team would come to fix it. After waiting more than 30 minutes, no one arrived. Since we had reservations outside the hotel, we had to leave without the problem being resolved. When we returned later that evening, we were told the issue had been fixed, but upon entering the room, the air conditioning was still not functioning. At that point, I had to go back down to the lobby once again to complain. The staff eventually moved us to another room, but it was slightly inferior to the “Deluxe” room we had originally booked. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the inconvenience of having to change rooms late at night left us disappointed. For a hotel of this category, I expected much better service and reliability.

31 degrees in the room. Like a sauna.

No AC as promised. Only works in summer months. Our room was 28 degrees. They tried to improve things with a cooler no sun room. But that does not make it right if you paid for AC.

Great location and a couple of minutes from astronomical tower, old town square etc. Street at night can get a bit loud. Hotel was “switching” from winter to summer and the room was quite warm after the first real warm day. Staff came to turn off the floor heating because of this we were unable to use the AC and had to open the windows.

I think this is the nicest hotel I have stayed in. So modern and clean but with an old style charm. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar was great, the bar man was a real character. Breakfast was superb. Situated just off one of the main squares, easy walking distance to all the sights.
