オールド タウン ブティック アパートメンツ

観光で2泊3日、2名で利用しました。 チェックインは22時過ぎ、レイトチェックインの連絡はしていました。 アパート近くの建物、Dublinerという地下にあるバーの中が受付になっており、ついた時間帯はお客さん一杯で大盛り上がり。 大音量の音楽と酔っ払いで混雑し、周りがビールやフードをオーダーする中、声を張り上げチェックインをしなければなりません。 自分達は2人だったので、バーの地上入口に1人荷物と一緒に待たせ、自分1人でチェックインの為店内に入れたのでまだ良かったです。 これがもし1人でチェックインをするなら、地下までの階段をスーツケースを持って下り、さらにあの大勢の酔っ払いで混雑した暗い店内を、荷物を引いてバーカウンターまで行く事を考えるとぞっとします。。 また受付をしてくれたマネージャーの女性が結構な”フレンドリー”な方で何か質問をしても自分には解らないからここに電話して、明日他のスタッフに聞いて、と全く助けになりません。 バーとアパートの建物の入口はすこし離れています。 建物の中に案内され、中に入った途端長い螺旋階段があります。スーツケースの上げ下げはスタッフの方は手伝ってはくれません。 到着の日からクタクタ、テンションは下がってしまいました。 部屋は掃除も行き届いていて綺麗で快適でした。 WiFiは一応使えますが頻繁に切れます。 タオルやシーツ類の交換はありません。 更にチェックアウトがもう散々でした。 フライトの都合で、朝の9時にチェックアウトしたかったのですがバーの扉が閉まっており中に入れなかったのです。 ブザーも無くノックしても出ない。アパート1階の管理人に事情を説明しても自分には解らない、関係ない、と何もしてくれず。私は通話が出来る携帯を持っていなかったので、バーに電話して欲しい、または電話を借りたいとお願いしても貸してくれませんでした。 公衆電話を探す時間も無かったので部屋に戻りwifiでiPhoneにスカイプの600円クレジットを購入し、追加しました。 事前に緊急時の連絡先だと頂いていた電話番号２つにかけましたが、1件目は繋がらず。2件目は繋がったものの元働いてたスタッフの番号で今は辞めていて関係ないとの事。しかしもう他に頼める人もいないのでその方に事情を説明し、バーに連絡をしてもらいドアを開けて貰うようお願いしました。 雨の降る中、30分程重い荷物を持って部屋とバーの間を行ったり来たりと散々でした。 聞くとバーの扉（チェックアウト時）は朝の10時から開くとの事、、、チェックイン時にその説明はありませんでした。 早くチェックアウトしたい人は事前に確認してた方が良さそうです。 立地と部屋は良かったのですが、 人と関わる所では凄く残念な思いをしました。 総合的に私はお勧めはしません。

アパートメントだが1泊からでも泊まれる。ローケーションが良い。1泊のみの感想です。泊まった部屋は広く、梁のある屋根裏だが天井高はある。小窓が2つ。部屋には洗濯機、電子レンジはない。アイロンは借りることが出来る様だ。バスタブはなくシャワーブースのみ。しかし、シャワーの水圧は強く、たっぷり使える。石鹸、シャワーソープ、シャンプーはある。暖房も2つあるので自分の好みの温度に設定できます。 受け付けは、ティーン教会寄りの地下のアイリッシュパブの事務所。チェックインの時間より早く着いても11:00から店は開いているので荷物は事務所で預かってくれた。アパートメントの入口はボタニクスの裏手の方。部屋にある案内書には、近所のおすすめ店(食事、パン屋)が紹介されている。分からない事などは事務所のあるアイリッシュパブに行って聞けばいいとのことでした。

Rummet var som en lagom stor etta i Stockholm. Rent och fräscht och framför allt lugnt trots det centrala läget mitt i gamla stan. Blev lite orolig när vi hörde att Dubliner med livemusik varje kväll låg i samma hus men det märkte vi inget av. På den fantastiska takterassen med utsikt över takåsarna avnjöt vi både frukost och kvällsöl. Med det centrala läget hade vi typ 7 minuters promenadavstånd till väldigt mycket. Att åka kommunalt både från flygplatsen och i stan var inga som helst problem. Hit återvänder vi gärna.

Lovely apartment centrally located and walking distance to everything! Great AC was a big help from the heat after a long day. Staff were lovely during check in!

I recommend it apartment 100%, it is near to all important Prague site you want to visit, the attention is excellent and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, again 10 of 10.

Very charming apartment, amazing little touches provided for convenience, great shower, comfy bed, wonderful host/staff, within walking distance of a lot of attractions and dining options. Would definitely recommend, we hope to stay there again!

Old Town Boutique Apartments is a great place to stay in Old Town Prague. It is in a nice square that felt very safe the entire week that I stayed in Prague. Clean apartment on the 3rd floor that was very roomy. My room had beams across the ceilings. Perfectly functional kitchen - small but was sufficient in a city that has restaurants everywhere. A nice open patio on the third floor was great for sitting and getting some air away from the Old Town crowds. My room was a bit dark with only two small windows, but it was also very private because of that. Great shower with lots of pressure and hot water. Free coffee pods and ear plugs as Old Town is very loud at night due to some bars being open to the wee hours. The Dubliner bar is in the same square and it is loud every night. The ear plugs helped. The room has air conditioning and heat. The bed was very comfortable. It has a small living room with a tv and various channels, and a dining table and chairs. Lots of plugs for charging your devices. I would recommend this accommodation especially for its excellent location (it is near it all!), and also an excellent price.

Great communication from Margo a couple of days before our stay and a lovely welcome on check in. The apartment was clean and well equipped, even down to sanitary products being available! Plenty of tea and coffee choices and the coffee maker was a big hit with the other half. We landed in Prague to a chilly -11•C and the host had made sure heating was on when we arrived as well as a few extra blankets. Due to the time of year the central heating was not in use, so heating was from a couple of air conditioning units. I found them a little noisy but only a minor niggle and we could turn them off at night. Location-wise, it was perfect for the main sites, restaurants and shops…a very short walk to the astronomical clock. We bused it from the airport and found the walk from the station to the apartment a breeze. We got an Uber back to the airport and it was all so easy. There is a lift in the building but a flight of stairs to the top level, so a consideration if mobility is an issue. All in all, we had an absolutely brilliant few days in Prague, made even better by the lovely accommodation and great staff.

Property was in a lovely historical building easily reached by walking from subway station. Liked leaving luggage so we could tour before check in at women’s hostel. Property was central quiet and clean!

The apartment is in a great location. Bed comfortable, room is stocked with necessities and clean. We felt very safe walking in the Old Town area and there are so many great restaurants nearby. You can easily walk everywhere (we did). Our only issue with the area is that the bar nearby was loud at night - we were there over a holiday weekend so perhaps it was unusually busy. Bring a set of earplugs, just in case. Overall, highly recommend.

Well kept apartments with friendly & helpful reception staff. The apartments are right in the centre of the Old Town, so very conveniently located. My room had a double bed, sofa, tv, private bathroom and small kitchen area. As a solo female traveller, the apartments feel like a very safe place to stay. I would stay here again and was very happy with the setup and the convenient location. These apartments may not be good for anyone with mobility issues - you are 3 floors up, there is a lift up the first 2 floors but the final floor is reached up a (modern & fairly wide) spiral wooden staircase. Also the location might not suit light sleepers / those sensitive to noise - you are in the middle of the Old Town, so it was a little noisy on Fri & Sat eves.

Hyggelig og rummelig lejlighed. Rigtig god beliggenhed. Vi kommer gerne igen.

It was a wonderful stay! Everything was excellent. From checking in, to the quant, comfortable room. And the location was perfect! Highly recommend.

L'appartamento era carino, nel cuore del centro storico, dietro la chiesa di Tyn. Ho adorato la posizione eccellente e il terrazzino delizioso, comune a tutte le camere. Solo due lamentele: una riguarda le tende oscuranti, che lasciavano entrare la luce lateralmente. Nella nostra camera di mattina un raggio di sole colpiva il nostro letto e ci svegliava, basterebbe trovare un modo per farle aderire bene al muro di lato. Inoltre là finestra da direttamente sul terrazzo, chiunque potrebbe guardare dentro la camera. Un altro consiglio é quello di illuminare meglio la stanza (per me la luce era troppo fioca) e il terrazzo. Molte luci del terrazzo non funzionavano e dopo pochi minuti si spegnevano automaticamente, quindi non si poteva restare a lungo fuori. Anche la luce dell'ingresso davanti alle camere e al terrazzo si spegneva automaticamente, sarebbe bello se un sensore le facesse accendere quando le persone passano. Comunque sono stato gentili.

Great location close to main square and perfect room!

Minutes away from the main Old Town Square but apartment is in a quiet location. Excellent communication! When we had any questions, they replied in a timely manner. Would recommend.

Great location

Location was amazing- could be a tiny bit noisy late at night but just shut the windows and put air on on instead! The apartment was spotless and really cute, comfy bed etc. hosts were great, really friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay again when we revisit Prague and I’d recommend to others too! No complaints at all

The apartment was clean. The kitchen had all basic utensils. Coffe pods were provided for Nespresso machine. The communication was easy. It will be our first choice next time we visit Prague.
