プラハ セントラル レジデンス

Since I had read all emails sent by the hotel prior to my arrival and also many referencies written by previous guests, I haven't had problems with the check-in or anything else. However I believe it will be much better if the guests may read such information about the check-in directly in the hotel description presented by the portal Hotels.com before they make a booking. Especially for the guests from abroad it would be useful if they are provided with an information that they can simply reach the reception in another building by using the tramway line 9 (going 3 stations).

Nycklarna hämtas LÅNGT ifrån boendet!!! Osmidigt! Kodlås hade varit att föredra! Lägenhetenvi skulle bo i var inte utmärkt när vi väl kom in genom porten från gatan, som också var mycket svår att upptäcka/hitta. Instruktioner för att hitta var skrivna på en A4 lapp med typsnitt i storlek 6, omöjligt att läsa om du inte har supersyn eller förstoringsglas. Det var dessutom mörkt ute pga kväll.

Bra oppholder...dårlig check in

This property is close to stores and tram. However, there is no elevator access to the apartment. You have to take the stairs which is inconvenient if you have luggages.

It's a good place to stay

Si spaccia x 4 stelle. 1 regalata. Gli uffici x la registrazione sono a 3 chilometri dalla struttura. Personale poliglotta....como no. Se non c'era qualcuno che mi aiutava ero ancora la.

Appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza dell’orologio con fermata metro a 5 minuti (mister) appartamento in ordine, con una camera grande con 5 letti ed il sesto nel soggiorno . Un bagno solo però privato ! Se volete soggiornare ed essere vicini alla città e ai mezzi di trasporto stra consigliato !

We booked this apartment for the convenient location in the city center, near public transportation. But, we found out a few days before arrival that we had to check in and get the keys at a completely different location across town! With 3 small children, that was not easy after a long day of travelling. If we would have known this before booking I would've chosen another place. As far as the apartment itself, it's very spacious but outdated and lacking some cooking supplies (only one big pot, 2 bowls, etc.) If you are a light sleeper, the noise of the tram is a bit annoying at night. Overall, for 2 nights and the low price it's ok. But it was really very inconvenient to have to check in far away.

Ein auf den ersten Blick schönes Apartment, beim genau hinsehen gehört einiges mal saniert. Tolle Lage, sehr groß, alles in der Küche vorhanden (für 2 Personen) leider ist die Rezeption sehr weit weg (ohne Auto fast nicht machbar)

Not​ comfortable to​ check​ in​ other place

I hated this experience as they made me pick up the keys at an office a 25 min walk away from the apartment I booked. They blamed Hotels.com for not letting me know (and apparently if reading the fine print one will see the thing about needing to pick up the keys at their office. Didn’t mention how freaking far away that was though!) I told them I never experienced such inconvenience at any place I ever stayed at be it a hotel or an Airbnb - the keys are either dropped off, there is a key pick up place or a code or something. Again they felt it was out of their hands and that Hotels.com should have let me know. But clearly this is how they set it up and they could easily add to the rental price and include someone to meet you at the apartment with the keys. Oh, and they also made me leave a 200 euro key deposit. The apartment I got was otherwise fine although a bit worn and with cheap IKEA furniture. Their claim that it normally rented for over 300 a night (I got it much cheaper) I find hard to believe.

Nous avons aimés la localisation de l'appartement et le petit balcon pour voir la vie défiler sous nos pieds. Plusieurs défauts à améliorer selon nous : - L'adresse pour prendre les clés ne peut pas être donnée aux sociétés de transferts car ils souhaitent avoir l'adresse de l’hôtel... Nous avons également eu la surprise d'avoir une adresse différente pour notre appartement ( tant mieux car meilleur localisation ;-). mais difficile à expliquer à notre chauffeur... plutôt conciliant, il nous a déposé tout de même à notre appartement. - Manque 2-3 bricoles dans l'appartement. Nous avions 1 seul bol à céréales pour 4... Manque un rideau occultant dans la chambre..

Fact that you have 2 different locations for collecting the keys and apartment itself,which are not close by,is completely time-consuming and burdening. Everything else is just fine.

Not good!!! Arrived and went to the location on the email and directions. Then called the contact and they state that you have to go across the city to collect the keys, then all the way back to the first location where the apartment is.. not impressed, and very unprofessional

ainakin marraskuisessa säässä kovin koleat,korkeat ja kylmät huoneet. Epäsiistejä "räjähtäneitä" huonekaluja. Se että respa sijaitsi kaukana vallan toisella puolella jokea oli...törkeää¨asiakkaitten juoksuttamista ! keittiö sinällään ihan ookoo...

Groot, meubilair is wat versleten en/ of beschadigd. Bedden zijn keurig en liggen goed! Netjes voldoende handdoeken. De accommodatie is onwijs groot, zeker als maar met 2 bent.

Really near old town, nice place, really big place. Nice furniture. Comfortable. Quiet, safe. The bad: you have to look for the keys 20 minutes walking from the appartment by our own and No shower amenities.

Tilava asunto keskeisellä paikalla. Miinuksena se että check in on toisessa osoitteessa ja meidän asunnon makuuhuoneet sijaitsi kadun puolella missä raitiovaunut ajaa yötä päivää.

숙소위치와 체크인의치가 다른걸 결제후 통보함/ 열쇄보증금 5000코룬(한화25만원) 체크아웃하고 5일이 지난 지금 카드로 보증금 결제한거 입금안됨. 제가 이 일을 겪었기에 다른 여행객 분들이 겪지 않았으면 하는 마음에 솔직한 후기 남깁니다. 제가 29인치 캐리어와 기내용캐리어를 들고 여행중인데 결제 하고나니 숙소위치와 체크인 위치가 다르다는걸 통보함. 시설은 좋아요, 가격도 착해요 1.거실겸 주방 (식탁/tv/식기/냉장고-냉동됨/소파-소파베드) 거실이 5평정도 되요 2.샤워실 - 따듯한물 잘나오고 샤워부스가 큼 욕조는 없음 수납 할 곳이 많음 3.화장실 - 샤워실과 분리되어있음 조그마한 세면대 있음 4.침실 - 싱글배드 두개가 붙어있음 양 사이드에 협탁과 한개의 콘센트 캐리어를 펼 공간은 나오지만 캐리어를 펴기엔 협소한 공간 즉 잠만 자는 공간임. 단점- 위에 말씀드렸던 점과 시설적인면에서 단점은 화장실과 샤워실 문앞에 창문이있는데 블라인드를 내리고 밖에서 안이안보이게 각을 조절해도 밖에서 안이보임 다시말해 아파트 독채를 빌렸지만 샤워 후 옷을 입고 나와야함 ;;; 이점말고는 시설적 층면에선 좋아요. 그리고 집이 접근성이 좋아서 대문밖에 바로 트램역이있고 스타벅스 커피와 트램티켓을 살 수있는 relay(편의점) 이있고 저녁 늦게까지하는 피자집과 케밥집과 브리또 집이있어요! 집 문앞나오면 큰 길가라 사람도 많이다녀서 위험하지도 않아요! 화약탑과 바츨라스 광장 까를교 도보10분내로 갈 수 있어요.
