Nice atmosphere and kind support. Trams near the hotel provide easy access to the city. Good cobbled road to hotel. The hotel staff were smiling, friendly and polite. I travelled to several European countries in the past week and this hotel's communication was the most reassuring as a Japanese.

歴史ある建物で内装に趣があり、これまでに宿泊したことのない雰囲気を味わうことができた。プラハ城、カレル橋、トラム駅へのアクセスも良く、おすすめのホテル。

All of the staff greeted us courteously and were very helpful. Checking -in and checking out were performed very efficiently. The was a great range of choices for breakfast. Our family room was spacious and clean. We were only a short walk from Charles bridge and close to the tram. The location for us during our stay was perfect. We would happily stay here again!

This is a great small Hotel, clean, comfortable and very well situated, the front desk staff is excellent, Valentin was particularly helpful at check in.

Staff were so helpful all the time. They went above and beyond. Room was always spotless and breakfast was great. The city of Prague is spectacular as well.

The room was very nice. Big, clean, well decorated and very appropriately equipped. The place is very quiet- hard to imagine that it is located right in tye city center. Location is perfect- easy to walk to all major tourist attractions, and endless variety of places to eat and drink around. Staff were very polite and helpful. Parking is available only as valley parking, it costs 40 euro per night, and they take your car to some place far away. Your car is inaccessible while away, and you need to say beforehand when you want it back. Breakglfast was nice, with good variety. All in all, this is a good hotel in a perfect location. Having said that, in my opinion it is overpriced, especially considering it has no additional facilities (no gym, no swimming pool, and even the reception is at the building next door). Would stay again, if the modify the price.

God morgenmad i flotte omgivelser. Ingen parkering ved hotellet, men go aftale med parkerings opbevaring. Bilen var endda opladet da vi fik den tilbage👍👍 Fantastisk flot og roligt område og stadig tæt på alt. Fantastisk uge i smukke Prag

Es como un boutique hotel.... bien bonito, súper bien ubicado. Lo negativo era el estacionamiento que quedaba a 800 metros del hotel... y un poco caro

Loved our stay at Waldstein Hotel in the family room. We all thought the breakfast was an excellent spread and set us for the day. Such easy walk to all the main attractions but still nice and quiet. Our daughter loved having her own space in the room. Thoroughly recommend.

The staff were great and our stay was pleasant. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path and sequestered nicely in a dead end so it was quiet during the night. You’re still situated right by the action with the castle a short walk away and the main bridge is down the street. The complementary breakfast was amazing. So many amazing options that were fresh and hot. I was grateful to have it after a morning hike in the area. The room was nice, heated floors in the bathroom were so posh. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. We didn’t need parking but it looked like they had a good amount of space if you need it!

Pænt og rummeligt værelse. På trods af den ældre bygning er værelserne moderne indrettet. Meget venligt personale i ved check in/ud, der foregår i nabohotellets reception. Morgenmaden er fantastisk og havde alt hvad vi havde brug for. Dejlig tæt på offentlig transport som gør transport til lufthavnen og resten af byen nem. Hotellet ligger også centralt, og man kan derfor gå til det meste. På trods af den centrale beliggenhed er der meget roligt på hotellet.

Nice room, nice people, clean, charming even. Great location, great bed.
