Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Room was spacious and temperate. Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot selection was cold, and inedible. Room 303 shared two walls with the lift shaft, and as such every time the lift was used the noise would wake us.

Swiming pool was cold, jacuzzi dirty and not operational, bathtub was broken, room description incorrect ("suite with bathtub" was with shower, bathtub was only in family room) the staff is friendly and supportive

Excellent property, close to bus transport hub for FlixBus. Outside of the city centre. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast.

Service at check in was quick and friendly. Rooms are clean and modern. Reception service at check out next day very unfriendly. Had to insist to get a receipt for the pet fee. Very small parking area. The exit of the parking area was blocked by a parking car, so driving out took time and was quit complicated.

Pleasant stay, good choice of meals in the restaurant. Rom was large with the bed in a seperate room with a dressing room area. Wi-fi was good. Good choice at breakfast

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte…. Per una notte va bene. Di negativo era il riscaldamento con condizionatore abbastanza numeroso. Abbiamo prenotato con app e al nostro arriva la camera era fredda nessuno si è occupato di accendere il riscaldamento prima del nostro arrivo Ristorante molto buono colazione ,eravamo solo noi credo nella struttura, ok salato pochissima scelta nel dolce Sicuramente non è un 4 stelle ma per una notte e ok

The AC didn’t work, the room only had a small window through which you can get same fresh air. There was a wall In front of the window. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The room was smaller that the one I which I booked. The person at the reception was not helpful. .

Hot tub not operational

We booked a room with a bathtub. It was nowhere to be seen. The Wi-Fi connection is disastrous as well

Incredible restaurant - amazing food with excellent prices

the hotel is good, but the service at the restaurant and pub has become poor. I have lived there for a few days every 4-5 weeks before the pandemic and start travelling again in June this year. Maybe it's hard to get good and inspiring workers during this pandemic, I don't know. I hope it gets better, and if I don't, I'll change hotels.

Good hotel for a short stay. Parking may be limited but there is street parking nearby. Clean and comfortable at affordable rate

Veninde tur med masser af shopping. Hotellet ligger langt fra byen men det gør ikke noget for taxa er billige 36 kr for en tur. Værelserne er gode. Morgenmad er okay men vi manglede nogle gange brød og der var intet frugt. Vi boede på første etage og det kan ikke anbefales, når der er bryllup i deres sal. Vi fik ikke sovet før kl 6 søndag morgen. Da vi klagede, fik vi oplyst, at vi skulle være kommet ned om natten, og at vi jo havde bestilt familieværelse og de var kun tilgængelige på første sal. Vi prøvede foreslå, at de fremover skulle være opmærksomme på problemet og flytte gæster på andre etager når der er bryllupper, vi tror ikke det kommer til at ske. Så undgå familieværelser - musikken var så højt at de to lamper ved sengen, gav lyd fra sig.

Le samedi nous arrivons pour souper et le restaurant avait été réservé par un groupe. Personne ne nous avait avisé. Nous étions très déçus car nous avions aimé notre repas à ce restaurant le vendredi où le personnel était très gentil.

Got lots of help from the concierge on methods of getting into town. The hotel was in (long) walking distance to the old town. Cab only cost $3 to get back. Nice and clean and breakfast was good. Very happy stay.
