J’ai réservé 2 chambres. Nous avons eu 4 car surclassés. C’est top cela fait 8 ans que nous venons dans cet hôtel. Avec le changement de propriétaire le parking est devenu gratuit. Il y a une boutique nous avec pu acheter des produits utilisés dans les douches et crèmes pour le corps ! Petit déjeuner top !

1st day when we arrived the hot water was not there.... wifi is super weak, aircon is bear minimum. The landry jas never arroved in time and needed to call twice to get my washed clothes with 12hours delay and then of course they chatged fully.

The cost of €16,00 each time we wanted to use the pool is a joke. We were not aware of this and the staff did not care. Wifi was horrible and the front desk had to give us a router to connect.

They advertise a lovely pool, BUT we were not allowed to use it without having to pay over 100 Euro over 3 days. We were not told this till too late.
Message to Hilton, other hotels have a pool and let their guests actually use it. Without a rip off fee!
You should very clearly tell people before they book they can't use the pool without paying high fees!
Breakfast also is far too expensive for Romania.
Some nice rooms ours had a horrible view. If you stay here dont get cheapest room.
Staff are nice and friendly, but not very helpful, should tell guests how they can use free trams, etc.

The hotel is clean, with decent rooms, very good breakfast, and within 20-25 minutes walk from downtown. The only negative on our side is that we paid for a room with balcony and we got a balcony right next to the HVAC vents, which made it unusable.

Used as a stop gap en route to Istanbul by motorbike. Everything was good but bed was far too hard and did not get a good sleep. Not the fault of the hotel per se but of all the hotels used so far this was by far the least comfortable bed.
