　節約型の一人旅で使うには、ちょっと贅沢だったが、キャンセル不可割引で2泊。 　併設レストランの質が高く、地元民で混んでいた。宿泊客は16%引きなので、ありがたかった。朝食ビュッフェも質量とも申し分ない。 　中心部から微妙に離れているため、静かな環境。中心部まで徒歩10分もかからず、駅まで歩いても15分くらい。 　新しいホテルのようで、綺麗に整っている。 　円レートや時期にもよるが、1泊6000円くらいで納まるなら、お得感があるので、即決でもいいかも。7000円以上となると、それぞれの財力次第かと。

Rude Staff and Horrible Experience - False Advertising I booked a superior double room that was explicitly advertised as including breakfast, a balcony, parking, and a mini-bar. The reality was completely different. Upon arrival, there was no parking available. Worse, we were given a tiny attic room with no balcony—a far cry from the "superior" room we paid extra for. The room was so small and poorly designed that we had to bend and walk to not hit our heads on the sloped ceiling. When we tried to go back to reception to resolve the issue, the desk was completely unattended for the entire evening. The next morning at checkout, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me that a balcony had to be requested via private message, as if it were an optional extra and not a standard feature of the room I had already booked and paid for. This is blatant false advertising and very disappointing.

Lovely hotel with very nice breakfast, also the restaurant serves good food for an evening meal too. Great location when visiting Sibiu, easy to park with free on street spaces close to the hotel. Room very clean and modern. Couldn't fault our stay at Exclusive Hotel and More, thoroughly enjoyed it and we would return.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern schöne helle große Zimmer sehr viele Fernsehprogramme die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sprechen mehrere Sprachen negativ wäre das Parkplatz Angebot wenig Parkplätze und ziemlich schwierig das ein und ausparken habe zur Ankunftszeit auch keine freien Parkplatz musste warten bis jemand weg gefahren ist ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen Stadt nah alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar und der Flughafen ist in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto sehr leicht erreichbar

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter la ville. Très belle chambre et très bon petit déjeuner. Restaurant d'excellente qualité également. Que du positif !

Big comfortable room, good bed, front desk lady was very helpful, good breakfast is free in the very pleasant hotel restaurant. All in all great stay. Make sure to visit the amazing Astra park (15 from hotel by car) - fantastic collection of old houses, windmills, water mills and churches around a lake. Really unique place.

Zimmer, Restaurant und Frühstück waren sehr gut, auch den vorhandenen Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Einzig die Lage direkt an der Ausfallstraße war ein Manko, das bei längeren Aufenthalten sicher nervig ist.

Reception efficientissima grazie a Stefania e Anna che hanno rimediato ai disastri di Alina che prima ha tentato di farci pagare la notte aggiuntiva di più, poi ha dimenticato di rinnovare la tessera della stanza per la notte aggiuntiva e ci ha lasciato fuori stanza Poi ha dimenticato di dire alla collega Stefania( che tanto si era prodigata per noi, )di bloccare la macchina presa in affitto, e la abbiamo persa solo grazie ad Anna la abbiamo riavuta

Hotel foarte bun si ca raport calitate/pret in Sibiu. Camerele sint decorate cu gust, serviciul este foarte bun si micul dejun variat si se poate lua chiar pe o mica terasa afara ;) Hotelul este aproape de centrul vechi, la 5-10 minute de mers, zona este calma. Noi sintem din Belgia si am fost agrabil surprinsi de acest hotel. Il recomandam cu drag.

Gute Lage und gut zu Fuß erreichbar vom Markt und Altstadt.

Very nice experience

Das Zimmer war Okey. Das Bad könnte Mal renoviert werden, war aber im allgemeinen Okey. Im Restaurant wird man weitestgehend komplett alleine gelassen, der Kellner sitzt mit seinem Kumpel 2 Tische weiter und spielt Videos von seinem Handy. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett und hat sich mühe gegeben alle meine Fragen zu beantworten. Später am Abend wird man dann von einem anderen Mitarbeiter(oder Besitzer) noch beleidigt nur weil er glaubt man könnte ihn wegen der Aufgesetzten kopfhöhrer(waren nicht eingeschaltet) nicht hören. Zu dumm das man ihn doch gut höhren könnte und durch die Reflektion in der Tür auch gut sehen konnte....

A little out of historical center, so parking would be easier. It's about 10 minutes uphill walk to all attractions. 4-star is a stretch, otherwise it's a nice hotel

Leider nur mangelhafte Reinigung im Zimmer, Balkon wurde mit Sicherheit wochenlang nicht geputzt! Service im Restaurant gelangweilt, Gäste scheinen lästig zu sein. Frühstücksbuffet um 7Uhr im Dunkeln, Gäste sind mit teilweise mit Taschenlampen unterwegs. Keine 4*, mit viel Wohlwollen 3*
