グランド ホテル コンチネンタル ブカレスト

中心部にあり便利なホテル。内装も外装も素敵で、部屋はとても静かで快適。エアコンの設定が寒め。初日は石けんがなかった（次の日石けんが置いてあって、昨日無かったことに気づいた）。シャンプーリンスなどは半分以上減ったものだけが、新しいものが置いてあり、すこし使ったものの補充はなかった。五つ星なのに…と思ってしまうので、そういう点は改善してほしい。

ロビーのゴージャスさ、部屋の広さ、フロントスタッフの対応、すべてが素晴らしく、かつそれでいてリーゾナブルでした。

内装がネオゴシック形式で、優雅な雰囲気に癒されます。宿泊した時期がクリスマスに近かったので、ホテル全体の電飾がとても綺麗でした。また誕生日には、フルーツの盛り合わせとワインを頂戴しました。

飲食街へも歩いて行け、立地も良いです。 部屋も広くゆっくり過ごせました。

The hotel itself was decent but what made it nice was the friendly staff. What stood out most was the cleanliness of my room every day that I returned to it from an outing. The breakfast was also decent with enough selections of meats, vegetables, and breads. Aside from the cleanliness of the room, it was also spacious and comfortable. There was even an umbrella available, which I didn't need while I was there, but such detail added to my positive experience. If there was anything that I was displeased about, it was the difficulty in preventing water from splashinig everywhere when I took a shower, as there is no curtain and just a small pane of glass that didn't really do much. Not much of a negative considering the fact that the cleaining staff did an awesome job in cleaning up after me everyday. I will be returning to this hotel the next time I visit Bucharest.

I think location is the best for tourists in the very center of the town: only 5 minute walk to the Old Town. I love its classic design and furniture, but some are bit uncomfortable to use. I recommend this hotel those who like the mood of classic and gorgeous.

ブカレスト滞在前に何度かメールでやり取りをしておりましたが、ホテルスタッフ間で情報共有がなされておらず、フロント対応時や部屋のアメニティグッズの準備などがいきとどいていなかった。 マイナス点はそれくらいで、アクセス、安全面、アンティーク調のインテリア、ジャグジー（無料）など、プラス点が多いホテルでした。 ヒルトンホテルを始め、徒歩圏内に有名ホテルが沢山あり、レートの良い銀行もあることから、旅の初日を過ごすには、宜しいかと思います。（真夜中のエアポートピックアップもあり、ベンツでのお出迎えでした。）

We were disappointed with our stay at the Grand Hotel Continental Bucharest. Hotel looks very dated and tired and certainly didn't reflect the five stars it's supposedly rated. On our arrival we had an easy with the bathroom, which the hotel team quickly sorted by moving us to another room. The room certainly had an old charm about it and it was very spacious. The bathroom was average. The shower was a shower bath that had poor pressure and poor heating (reception told me that we need to leave it running for a few minutes for it to heat up). For a 5-star place we expected more. The hotel is in a great location and it's only a short walk to the Old Town and there are heaps of cafes, restaurants and shops around.

Perfect location

Overall a really enjoyable stay in Bucharest. The hotel is impressive in a grand style although out of season a bit understaffed for a 5 star experience. The room was excellent and the complementary fruit basket on arrival was a nice touch. The hotel is well located so it’s easy to walk into town and find restaurants etc. the restaurant at the hotel was good too. I would recommend as an option if staying in Bucharest

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and informed. The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

Un séjour parfait. Idéalement placé pour les transports comme pour les quartiers piétons et restaurants, ce très bel hôtel bénéficie d'un personnel attentionné et des services attendus pour cette gamme d'hôtels. Nous avons testé le SPA et ses massages. Très bien !

stayed at Grand Hotel Continental in Bucharest. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms that have an elegant and luxurious feel. However, the air conditioning was terrible—it didn’t cool the room at all, making it quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, some of the staff were not very friendly and even laughed at the situation when we mentioned the issue with the air conditioning, which was disappointing. However, Raluca was amazing and went above and beyond to help us with everything. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in our stay. Overall, the hotel is gorgeous, and thanks to Raluca, we still had a good experience. However, the poor A/C and the unprofessional attitude from certain staff members need improvement. If these issues are addressed, this could be an incredible place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, clean, well appointed. The Thai massage was excellent, very professional and at a good price. Breakfast was very good and lunch also.

Een heel fijn hotel om te verblijven. Alles op loopafstand midden in het centrum. Lekker genoten van de sauna en jacuzzi. Het enige minpuntje is dat we een lunchpakket hebben meegekregen, omdat we en vroege vlucht hadden, niet voldeed aan onze dieetwensen. Dit terwijl we het wel hebben aangegeven.
