スイートに宿泊しました。 部屋は広くてベットはキングベットで広々としていて、少し硬めのマットレスでしたか、低反発で寝心地は抜群でした！また、テラスもあり街が一望できて最高のお部屋でした。 部屋は禁煙ですが、テラスでは喫煙も可能でした。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。ただ、お部屋の設備としてゴミ箱がなかったり、テッシュペーパーが無かったのがちょっと不便でした。寒かったのでシャワーからお湯が出るまでに10分ぐらい時間が掛かったので、入る前にお湯が出るか確認して入るのが良いかも。 レストランの食事は美味しかったのですが、注文してから提供されるまで40分も待たされました。宿泊客がおそらく大晦日で私たちしかいなかったようなので…あまり準備してなかったのかな？と思いました。 総合的には大満足のホテルです！

Rien à dire sur les chambres et la situation de l'hôtel. Tout le problème réside dans le service de restauration. Un service lent, si lent qu'attablés à 20 heures, le serveur nous annonce après le plat qui est arrivé froid à 22 heures qu'il ne nous servira pas de dessert car les cuisines sont fermées. Aucune excuse, aucune explication. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur de ce type d'établissement.

Un hôtel magnifique et des chambres avec un style incroyable

The hotel is nice, the rooms are quite big and cleaned. The hotel has its own parking, which is an advantage, in case you are going by car. The only disadvantage is the location of the hotel, not in the centrum of the city, but this is mentioned in the hotel's description. Anyway, it's a very good option taking into consideration the money you are paying for the room. The breakfast, on the other hand was not so good, not at all as for a 4 star hotel, but maybe this was due to the fact that the hotel was not crowded. All in all, for us it was a nice experience, but if we are returning to cluj, we'll choose a hotel situated in the center of the city, instead of this one.

Overall very good condition of accomodation and good breakfast. Minus point is weak fitness facility which is less equiped than most of home gym. Ventilation system is a bit noisy in bathroom. Minibar price is quite expensive compare to other similar level hotels. Others are perfect including quiete location in residential area.

Nice, clean hotel, a lot of amenities, good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean well working bathroom. The location is in the middle of nowhere, one would need a car or a taxi to get anywhere. Service was good but very strict, not really accommodating, we asked to check out one hour later but they would not allow it even though the hotel was half empty.
