The neighbor's chimney is 5 meters away and smoke enters the room if you let the window open. I would expect they follow generic rules - also written in the bathroom and do not change towels that are not on the floor, instead they switched all, no reason. The curtain is kinda short and light enters the room very early morning. The fridge is extremely noisy, you can't really have a relaxed sleep, also there was probably a short power cut - and the UPS in the Technical room was beeping from 5AM.. again didn't helped with the sleep. For one morning I ordered breakfast to-go as I had a running event to attend earlier then they open (which btw is pretty late IMHO: 8AM) - and they mixed up and gave my breakfast to someone else.

The room was very clean. Hotel's location was great, providing easy access to tourist attractions in the region. Staff was very friendly and helpful with information about attractions. The breakfast was excellent, of high quality and with a lot of choices.
