Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Frühstück, das Zimmer und das Badezimmer, alles super. Habe keine Klage.

So convenient for our pit-stop trip. 24 hour reception was necessary as we arrived late and left early. They were so accommodating. Really good refurbished room, excellent bathroom. Very happy overall.

On a trip to Europe we stayed at 4 different hotels all booked on hotels.com. The other 3 were great; this one was terrible. The location is in a safe neighborhood right next to a school we were visiting which was convenient and why we chose it. But after one night we moved hotels even though they wouldn't refund our money for the second night. It was worth it to us just to get out of there. The door to the room didn't lock. The carpet was heavily stained all over. There were holes in the curtains. We found dead bugs on the floor. There was a stain on the sheet. It is dimly lit. Just a bad experience overall. I will say that the breakfast was pretty good and the staff were okay. But, I absolutely would not stay here again.

My only qualm is that you can hear anything that happens in the next room. Other than that, a nice hotel and excellent breakfast.

We chose this hotel as it was on the street we used to live years ago and still have friends and relatives living in the neighborhood. The cab fare from the center of the city is only C$3 so even if it's not really central, getting there is not a problem. The room was fairly big and very clean. The air conditioning was a blessing as we visited during a heat wave. We haven't tried the restaurant but the breakfast buffet was excellent. We only interacted with the reception personnel who were very nice, spoke very good English and each time made us fell well taken care of. I would warmly recommend this hotel.

We chose the hotel for a short stay for 2 nights and wanted to order a drink at our fist night at 23.30, but the bar was closed and nobody came on the idea to get us a drink out of the bar and put it our room bill. Fridge was close to the reception, so it should not be a problem, but it was not possible to get a drink. Our mini bar was not cold, so no drinks after 23.30. What a pitty!

Hotel was perfect for a short stay. Decent breakfast.

Very loud music

Bad beds, no bedclothes, not changing towels, cold coffe and bad breakfast in the norning. Not service minded personal staff at all. Keep away from this hotel in Cluj.
