お洒落で綺麗なホテルでした。受付の女性も笑顔で迎えてくれて気持ちの良い対応でした。ただ、部屋の照明が暗めなため、デスクで仕事するなどビジネスで使う場合は少し辛いです。また空調の温度がなぜか24度から上がらず少し寒い思いをしました。綺麗で対応も良かっただけに少し残念です。

The light and turning them all on is absolutely ridiculous. The people there for a conference as I walk through the spa was ridiculous. The gym and spa were convenient as is the location of the hotel. English is just not spoken enough in Romania. Or maybe its the smaller town of Brasov. Honestly the whole castle bran tourist visit is a total joke. I would not recommend Brasov as the Dracula legend is all made up!

Great stay, the hotel provided us with a baby cot and baby chair for the meals.
Room was great and clean.
The only downside was the bed had a topper that was too soft, but we told the staff and they removed it and the matresses were just fine.

Lovely modern hotel next to the train station. You need to get a taxi into town but only £2.
Would prefer gym and spa to be included in price rather than 12 euro per day charge.

I loved it here, had a lifestyle suite which was brilliant. Everything was really really great, the staff so kind and attentive and the food wasbrilliiant too. The spa is excellent and had a brilliant spa evening. I can highly reommend. Its a bit of a trek from the old town but nothing a very well priced taxi cant fix.

Part of longer trip and this was a stopover. The hotel is convenient but also absolutely beautiful and clean with everything you would need and excellent food. The spa was super too. The service was possibly the best I’ve ever had with the friendliest staff. Brasov itself is lovely.

The hotel is built at the highest level of quality and comfort. Very nice design, nice colours. The stuff is very helpful, always willing to help, always smilly and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The spa is amazing with unique jacuzzi, very nice dry and wet sauna and a salt space.
I had only a few things a liked less. The gym and the bowling had access to public, so it was not comfort to be there. The spa had an intense clorium smell from the swimming pool. The prices of the massage and the playstation area are relatively high

Incrível!! Hotel novo, moderno, equipe super competente e atenciosa!! Apenas um problema ocorreu e eles prontamente atenderam. O ambiente do quarto é muito seco causando desconforto. Eles providenciaram um umidificador que ajudou bastante.
