Excelente pero un poco oscuro

This hotel has been sold and the staff just do not care. Liars, and they stole from oursuitcase Where do I start! The guy on the desk that looks like the robot in pasenger movie, booked two of us in to a single room, where we struggled. We were told he was told he shouldn't have done.that There may be a sense of racism there. RESTAURANT He also said they have events every night so we can not have evening meals here. Except for the 1st night there were no other events. They just were not opening the restaurant. The breakfast was ridiculous, it is not 5 star. Please see pics. They would only ever put out items for 5 or 6 people and you were always asking them for more juice, or more milk. SPA The Spa facilities were closed. We were never alerted of this. They say its being repaired but in fact they aren't doing anything because it's been sold. AC There was no AC in the hotel. The robot stated that they tried to fix it that day but couldn't and they will try tomorrow but we didn't see no workmen. Another staff member said they were coming on Monday, again nothing. It looks like they are cutting back and not bothering with anything. Our room was at 30c, the robot advise was to leave the room door open to allow air to circulate! The robot advised we open a window, the windows are meant to be electronic but that was not working either so we had to push and pull it to close it. It has no handle. The staff working during the night make so much noise and smoke that

Perfect location, perfect rooms, cleaning also gorgeous but wife is disappointing. There is only connection in lobby, even 1st floor no connection. Disappointed!

Superb quality for that price, great food and clean. Great value for money.

Hotellet motsvarar inte ett femstjärnigt hotell. Handdukarna i mitt rum var använda och badrocken var något smutsig. Kortläsaren för elektroniska kortnycklar fungerade inte ordentligt. Frukosten var lite snålt tilltagen. Dock var personalen hjälpsam och trevlig.

Sehr großzügige Zimmer, Gänge, Lobby. Teppich in den Gängen sehr nachlässig „verlegt“, riesige Falten über die man gerade abends leicht stolpern kann. Frühstück okay große Auswahl, aber jetzt nicht mit 5-Sterne-Hotels in DL oder ÖR vergleichbar. Die Lage direkt an einem großen Park mit Spielplatz, Biergärten etc. ist sehr schön und die Fußgängerzone in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Well, this hotel should be rated 3 stars instead of 5. The toilet brush was dirty. There were hairs on the bidet. The toilet was dirty with urine. Now, when we went to the breakfast, we saw ants moving next to the plates of food on the buffet ! Also the table was not clean. We explaind all of these to the service desk and they said: oh yeah, we were pretty busy with 2 huge teams (tenis and basketball)... There was NO EXCUSE from NOBODY after we complained. We will NEVER return back to this hotel!

Except the room , all other services way below 5 stars!!!! Toward the end of the corridor, where my room was located, the wireless network not even detectable- according the reception is my device (!!!) the problem! From the listed channels , 150 or so, NONE is working. The AC very very week, I could not reduce the temperature below 26C , I was cooking- windows not openable. Kitchen closes at 9, at 10 I could not have anything to wat, room service - forget it.Small nr. of parking places, being at the entrance of a park, no parking possibilities. Now the breakfast: a shame!! I tried at 8 or at 9, no difference: extremely poor, all trays empty, 1 type of bread, sometimes no plates, miniature platters with a few slices of sausage thrown on, people standing around wondering what to eat! Maximum 3 stars, awful experience! Never ever!

The hotel is located in the center and right near a very nice Park. The staff was very friendly and the room was big and clean. We will come back there for sure!

I was there with my daughter, we spent three nights in the hotel. It was really nice and we also eat very good food in the restaurant from the hotel. The staff ... very friendly and they solve immediately any questions that I asked them. I will definitely go back there

Clean modern hotel decor has that slightly older dark wood feel. Lots of bling and marble but at a very reasonable price Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Super comfortable, lovely hotel,great staff, nice pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Great gym, Excellent room service and laundry pick up, well situated- just a short walk through the park to the center, comfortable bed, lovely river view from the room.

Bonito hotel con buenas instalaciones ,aunque no funcionaba el yacuzzi el día que fuimos La limpieza correcta a excepción de las ventanas por fuera que tenían telarañas. Buena calidad/precio pero quizá le sobra una estrella.

This hotel is located near parks ,stunning hotel with first class facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable everything service wise is perfect the minute you arrive. Food is great

Wir hatten einen Suite für 4 Tage. Geruch vom Zimmer war unerträglich, vorallem das Bad hat richtig nach Sch..... gestunken. Sorry. Sonst alles andere war OK. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel

A legszebb szálloda ahol Romaniaban voltam, kényelmes a szoba, tiszta, elérhető áru Spa szolgáltatások..nyugodt szívvel ajánlom!
