Kommunikointi oli hidasta ja siitä puuttui olellista tietoa. Sisään kirjautuessa sain portin koodin ja asunnon avaimen, mutta talon oven koodi jäi saamatta. Huomasin kun seuraavana päivänä palatessani talolle. Laitoin viestiä asiasta ja siihen ei reagoitu, onneksi yksi asukkaista tuli ulos ja antoi ovikoodi pyydettyäni. Pyyhkeet oli likaisia, mahdollisia ruostetahroja. Asunnossa oli hyönteisiä, ikkuna ollut auki. Lattiat natisevat, kuulee kun muut asiakkaan tulevat ja menevät. Astioita oli huoneessa pari lautasta, kattila, pannu ja yksi lusikka ja teelusikka sekä kaksi juomalasia. Paras asia on sijainti, noin puolentunnin kävelymatka nähtävyyksille. En suosittele.

Not the cleanest , was let in by some guy that was steaming drunk. Toilet smells . Braşov is better than Bucharest . Don’t waste more than 2 days here

I never got any check in details, despite asking several times via various means of messages. I also asked whether I cld could come slightly earlier. I was told I cld but again no check in details were given. There was no key safe or a reception to pick up a key. In the end I had to book somewhere else.

This place is awesome! It’s just the area but that has no power. It’s close to city centre, it is cheap and yes you do get 1 room, but it’s really good

the worst hotel and experience ever we had in our life.!! this hotel highly not recommended... please be careful and be aware.! our problems with hotel has been started from the beginning until the end.!! first there is not a sign of hotel there and you cannot find anyone to open door for you. after 30 minutes waiting there a boy came and lead us inside. there was not any reception to control our ID and help us. after 15 minutes waiting again an indian girl came and gave us a room without any shampoo,soap , proper towel and...!! there was not even a wifi to connect the internet. we also had a car they couldnt open the parking door and we also waited like 30 minutes to someone to come and open and close the parking door for us. the hallway to pass the rooms very tight and dangerous steps. the room was not clean. badly smells came also whole the day from outside and inside of the hallway. since we went to bed until the morning we could not sleep because the staff or someones in the yard were talking very very loud sound and they were drunk. even someone tried to open our door and hopefully we locked it before sleep. there was not even a manager there. i dont know how hotels.com put this hotel as their list. this hotel is literally embarrassing and awful.

This is not a hotel as listed it’s someone’s house renting rooms and passing it as a hotel. It was described as close to Gara de Nord, it is not, no sign outside with hotels name, the room that was given to us it is used for people who are working in the vicinity, the toilets are absolutely dirty with black scrap, absolutely disgusting, the shower looks like a scene from a bad movie - jail . Avoid this place at all costs!

1. Provided apartment is not shown on hotel page, which was confirmed by hotel owner, making whole offer a scam. 2. Free parking was constantly blocked by some cars from outside. 3. WIFI is so bad, when it was discoverable only one phone could work with it, most of the time it didn't worked at all. 4. Kitchen is so filthy you don't want to cook there. 5. Hotel was advertised as smoking free, in fact it is stinks so badly of cigarettes, for 2 days of our stay it was very hard to breath. 6. Place advertised as equipped with cookware, in fact there was nothing, no toilet paper, no soap, no dishes, no spoons or forks, just nothing, after several request we were provided with toilet paper, liquid soap for hands, 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 forks and 2 knifes for family of 5 in apparent with 3 queen beds. 7. Shower, is so dirty and unequipped, it was just disgusting to use it, water stream is week, sockets and light switches are out of the wall, shower head is broken, no hair dryer. 8. Flat-screen TV with cable service is not cable, just antenna with bad reception, one TV remote broken, other missing. 9. Radiators were always shutting down, we had to ask to turn them on couple times a day. Radiator at shower didn't worked. 10. General condition of the rooms was very bad, stains on the walls, wall papers were torn, it seems last repairs were done years ago, holes in the walls and doors, missing light bulbs, switches and sockets are out of the walls.

Alquilamos el apartamento de 3 habitaciones y no tiene nada que ver con las fotografías, es un desastre no tiene vajilla , vasos, cubiertos...no tiene toallas ni jabón ni nada de nada....y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Si vais a reservarlo que os enseñe unas fotos antes.

Absolutely horrible experience! Got in late due to problems with airline. Booked room. Caught a cab to property. No one there. Called. They said they were full.and nothing they could do. If was after midnight. Stairs smelled of beer & urine. No way to catch cab. Had to walk long way, theough questionable area, with bag after very long day, and find another room. No help.whatsoever

No instructions sent on how to check-in. The fridge was stinking, no batteries in Aircon remote, no toiletries kept, even the toilet roll was almost over. The mattress was a essentially a sponge. Lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms. Woken up by people stomping on the room above. Not particularly in a nice neighbourhood. So please do yourself a favor and avoid. Had I come with family I'd have left the place immediately.

Not bad at all. The neighborhood is not the best one and the building is a bit old, but it's ok for few days. Cleaning was ok and the owner is very helpful during both check-in and check-out.

Distante dal centro e situata in una zona poco carina. Stanza stretta e poca privacy.
