The hotel was lovely. The property was very dirty and full of weeds and the pathways were in disrepair. The spa was very interesting but did not have hot water in their hot tubs as advertised.

The experience was far below our expectations. 1. Room for 3 guests is to small unless you book a premium room. Moreover, The 3rd bed is suitable for hostel but definitely not for a 5 star hotel!!! My body was pain from the springs in my back. We asked for another single bed but the didin't have one. They explain that this is the standard for a basic room. In my opinion, this kind of bed should not be used in a 5 star hotel. Even if it's a basic room. 2. Wifi Reception was very poor in the room. Is it also because we booked a basic room? They have premium wifi available (surchage). 3. No electric kettle available in the room. The reception sent us to the bar to take boiled water in order to drink a tea 4. A wedding was held near our room and people were talking loud out there, after 11p. Overall, It seems that the hotel policy is to do their best efforts to make you spend more money. Even for basic services

Was a good experience , the room was a little far from the entrance and the spa but overall was a very nice hotel , will return for sure

Die Lage war einmalig, mitten im Wald. Es war sehr ruhig, man konnte sehr gut entspannen.

The room was very comfortable. The reception was very kind and open. Food was very tasty. The spa was a bit too crowded and not having a place to put ones belongings while using the facilities was a bit inconvenient.

Quarto enorme e extremamente confortável. O hotel é lindo, com spa e uma área verde em torno dele muito bonita. Excelente café da manhã, com muita variedade e qualidade.

Hotel surfait sans ame qui ne merite pas son classement en 5 etoiles. Grande chambre mais sans aucun mobilier...une honte. Rien pour poser sa valise ! Dans la salle de bain...pas de porte savon dans la douche. Lit non rajouté avant notre arrivee alors que c etait prevu dans la reservation. Restaurant a fuir avec une carte a des prix ahurissant pour une catastrophe dans l assiette. Service tres limite. L interet de l' hotel reside dans sa piscine interieure belle et lumineuse. Spa tres correct qui rehausse le reste. Environnement calme et perdu

Expérience unique. Niveau de prestations très élevé. Un cadre très agréable en pleine nature avec tout le confort et ma modernité que l'ont peu attendre d'un 5étoiles. Un Spa de haut niveau, extrêmement bien conçu au plan fonctionnel et très beau sur le plna esthétique. Un personnel très accueillant et professionnel.

Oh I love this place and so did my kids, but I want to go back just as as a couple alone to really enjoy the amazing spa facilities! Breakfast was vast and delicious, the location is stunning. The spa and even the outside pools are something else. The kids loved the pools and the staff were all very friendly and polite and had perfect English. Huge rooms, that were clean and tidy with nice additions. Perfect.

This was a very unexpected experience--the space is carved out of the hilly land next to the village of Mera, a bit outside of Cluj. It was a very comfortable hotel and spa, with a concern for the interests of a cosmopolitan clientele. There were pieces of art work and books in many languages in the rooms. Each floor has a solarium to look out onto the countryside. The golf course seems to be very nice, and there are paths for walking. The hotel isn't expensive, and offers a very high quality experience for a very reasonable price.

Propreté, service et c est important

We stayed here before and it’s a good hotel but the Royal Suite is a mistake. No hot water for 10 minutes all the time. Mini fridge wasn’t even plugged in Lights are oddly placed and even during daylight can really use the mirror because there is not enough light....

Unbelievable hotel outside of Cluj. Awesome staff, pool, amenities and food.

The SPA is one of the best in Romania. Just see the videos on the hotel website : it is awesome. Personnel is young and untrained. They make many little mistakes (uncommon for a 5 star hotel), but they are trying to be nice and fix their mistakes with small little favors. I think it rather poorly managed hotel. The location is superb. They was have a bite nice pool.

Nice Hotel but for 5* Hotel they need inproving.In the room were I stay they didn't have a bin.The carpets need to be change in the room and on the coridors,stairs.In the bathroom they don't have a cupboard or something on the wall to put your cosmetics. The bath looking old and the water smelling from the tab and shower.In the spa area they don't have shower gel,shampoo when you come out from each sauna or pool to wash your self properly.The water smelling a bleach. They don't have were to put your towels when you enter in the sauna.The shower tuning in all directions.Need to be clean from stones. Nice place but need inproving.For me it's a 4*Hotel
