We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in at no extra charge, which was much appreciated.
Our room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. Breakfast had a wide variety of options.
Both lunch and dinner were nice, though the service was a bit slow—something that seems to be the norm in Rwanda.
One thing to note is that taxi fares are a bit high, costing $30 per way compared to $15 with a regular taxi.
Overall, we had a nice experience and would recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for 8 nights and the experience was very positive. The staff are helpful and gracious especially for a long stay like ourselves. The breakfast is hearty, don't forget you can get eggs to order! The rom is a good size for 2 people sharing. Location you can walk to multiple coffee shops and cafes, and is quiet. Hotel is great to provide access to local drivers/taxis and I recommend getting the number of a few drivers so that you can be picked up or other activities.

Excellent modern hotel with all necessary services and facilities. Amazing staff who attended to all my requests with courtesy and efficiency. Five star customer service! Great outdoors swimming pool area where one can relax after a busy travel or business day. Highly recommend.
