Food = phenomenal. So much better than other hotels on the island. The staff were really amazing. They were so kind, so hospitable and really genuinely nice. The hotel is really special. The stairs were a bit tough but they have shuttles if needed !

Delicious breakfast every morning in the treehouse restaurant. Beautiful beach that never felt crowded. Had a great time snorkeling. Nightly music with talented musicians was wonderful!

The rooms were beautiful with stunning views of the pitons and the ocean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the view, enjoying the pleasant breeze. Dinners were wonderful, tasty, with evening entertainment every night. Enjoyed the musicians and was a treat to hear Steel Pan music! The beach was quiet and mesmerizing. We had fun kayaking and snorkeling. Most of all, the staff was warm and attentive ensuring we had a special stay.

Incredible views from our room of the pitons and the ocean. Beautiful beach that never felt crowded. Shady private palapas so we could enjoy the beach for hours. Amazing swimming and snorkeling. Delicious beach bars, one on a beach that felt practically private. Yet the best part was the kind staff that went out of their way to welcome us.

The property is located in a very secluded cove facing west. The rooms drip down the face of the hills to the beach with beautiful views of the ocean or mountains. The staff were so warm and friendly you would think you had stayed there a thousand times and they knew you personally. From the shuttle drivers to the maid service, everyone on the property would help you whatever your needs may be with a smile. All amenities were convenient and in great shape.

Everything was exceptional. I can’t wait to come back. Get the all inclusive package, you won’t regret it.

Amazing stay! The staff is incredible. They make you feel like family. They were very accommodating for every facet of the trip. Fromm the beach to the restaurants everything was first class. The all inclusive package was totally worth it. The restaurants had plenty of variety and all food is prepared with care. You can really tell the chef is passionate about food. Going in I was worried we might not like the food but the food was amazing every day every meal. Breakfast was made to order and great. Lunches on the beach were top notch and probably the best dinners we’ve ever had on vacation. The snorkeling is great right off the property in the marine reserve. Great fish and even caught a glimpse of a sea turtle there. Overall great experience.

The room was spectacular! Loved the outside lounge area with hammock. The lights and decor of the room was perfect. Housekeeping service was exceptional. Coffee/expresso was sooo good!

There is nothing I didn’t like! I celebrated my 40th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, memorable absolutely perfect! The mud bath tour was definitely worth it, book it privately if you can (with Simon) the spa was amazing as well, the treatments are wonderful! Theres nothing bad I can say about this resort. From the adventure getting there to leaving was awesome! If you don’t like heat heat make sure you book a room with air, they provided us with extra fans and we were fine! Book this place you won’t regret it! I will be back!

The property was absolutely beautiful. The view from out room was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The food was amazing. Just a beautiful place. I would highly recommend it.

The staff was phenomenal, location was great. Anything I ever needed wanted hoped for felt like it was only one question away. I got engaged on this trip and could not be happier about my decision to choose this resort to do it. This location will forever be in our hearts.

We have been here more than 5 times. So, of course, we love it. The personal attention from staff is amazing whether you’re on your first stay or your sixth or seventh. Everyone recognizes you and knows your name. All the rooms have views of the Pitons if you are on the hillside. The beach bungalows are bigger but lack the full on view; but, you are steps from the beach. Be prepared to walk steps up to your beautiful room, or call a shuttle (no problem). Plenty of beach cabanas, and the snorkeling is great. Oh! Take the sunset sail. Very relaxing and peaceful. Love it. We will return.

Such a unique and stunningly beautiful property and resort. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave you are treated like royalty. The staff are all super friendly and you can feel their dedication into ensuring your stay is the best it can be. We loved our complimentary room upgrade, it was so peaceful sleeping with the open air feeling and getting to hear the birds and jungle sounds. The beaches are gorgeous and the snorkeling and water sports options are extensive. Our favorite activity was snorkeling, which we did every day and we saw wide variety of fish on the reefs. We loved every single meal during our stay, the attention to detail really stood out when it came to food presentation. All inclusive is the way to go for sure. Loved the local beer options. We can’t wait to return in the future!

This was exactly what we were looking for! This place was indicative to St. Lucia and valued its culture. I was nervous not to have TV's but truly did not miss it. The internet access was great throughout the resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Transportation off the hotel is a little expensive. Using a water taxi made it an adventure within itself. The only thing I missed was a pool. I love the ocean but sometimes I just want the pool too. I would 100% recommend this resort & would love to stay again

The hotel staff remembered us by name all throughout our stay. The property was well kept and the most peaceful place on earth that I have ever been too! We plan on returning here on a regular basis.
