The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The views are some of the best in the Caribbean.

My wife and I had an incredible stay at Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort, in the luxury beachfront one-bedroom, and it truly exceeded expectations. The views were absolutely stunning, and the overall stay was nothing short of amazing. What really set this resort apart was the service; 24/7 concierge, staff who knew us by name, and genuine smiles every time we were greeted. We always felt welcomed and well taken care of, with everyone happy to help in any way possible. Dining is priced on the higher end, but that’s to be expected for a luxury resort of this caliber, and the quality matched the experience. An unforgettable stay and a place we’d gladly return to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing place

We had an amazing stay at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort. Great service, delicious food, and a clean, beautiful beach with full wait staff bringing food and drinks right to you. The beach is public but feels private and has an incredible snorkeling area with so many colorful fish — it’s like swimming in a real-life aquarium. The water is crystal clear and turns deep just a few feet out. If you enjoy stargazing, stay up late — I saw three shooting stars in one night. Huge thanks to our butler Ned and driver Heiginous for making our stay extra special. Highly recommend! Also highly recommend TreeTop restaurant. Another Gem of St Lucia with Spectacular views and great food.

Amazing! Upon arrival, we were notified we had been given a complimentary upgrade to a beachfront bungalow! The entire property was immaculate. Stunning views, rich history, beautiful artwork throughout, and amazing service! There are several restaurants, each unique and all a great experience. We also loved having lunch on the beach under the shade of a beautiful cabana! Our visit was in celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary and the wonderful staff presented us with a couple great surprises, one at dinner and one left in our room. We cannot say enough how wonderful the experience was! We were sad to leave, and really hope to return soon! Special thanks to our butlers, Macrena and Michaela (Team M & M)!

The hotel has an amazing grounds between the two Pitons - probably the best view you will get on the island. The restaurants on the grounds offer good variety of different menus. But this is where the experience ends and disaster begins. The price of the stay cannot justify for the lack of service and some of the outdated amenities. We have tried to book some the activities they offer over a concierge template online well in advance as recommended but did not get a response until we actually called to the resort. Once we checked in, we figured out activities were in fact not booked or confirmed for the dates and times discussed and were facing cancellation fees for appointments we were not even aware of. Moreover, we have stayed at the Sugar Mills that are in definite need of renovation - old bathrooms, rusty furniture, broken doors/windows that cannot completely close, non-working plunge pool, etc. We have been also encouraged to use the hotel’s app to communicate any needs, which did not work. For a luxury range hotel, we have been happier staying at the Hyatt chain hotel.

Came here for our honeymoon expecting the weather will be wet since it's september, but it was sunny through out our stay. The staff and the whole stay was incredible.

Went for our honeymoon, and absolutely everything about this stay was wonderfully memorable!! The best part- the people. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Shanatta helped us at the front desk Ames helped us at the burger spot Simeon helped us at the beach, and took our photos

Sugar Beach was such a magical place!! Absolutely beautiful!!!!! Recommend this to anyone!!! 100% worth it!!!
