Great family resort . Staff was exceptional

Great resort!!

Beautiful relaxing resort with gorgeous ocean views from the Villas, fantastic calm white sand beach and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

The concept of this property is fantastic,but real time functionalities are questionable. Check in is comforting and inviting, but the time it takes to check in seems long. We were early so we grabbed a bite at Jammer’s restaurant and headed back at check in time. Then it took an hour to check in. A personal ambassador is assigned to your villa but the communication using the WhatsApp platform almost never worked. We ended up using the older Villa phone. Waterproof wristbands are provided and these are handy. Your car, if you have one, stays parked at the lobby parking. The rest of your visit is handled by shuttles to and from your villa. This works seamlessly and fairly quickly. The hilltop villas are out dated and tired. The beds are wonderful and the linens and towels are wonderful and well stocked. The rest of the villa is beat up and used. For the price point we would expect robes and a plunge pool to offset the worn out feel of the villa. But these are not included. Our first morning room service order never arrived. Nespresso coffee pods offer a decent coffee solution but the pods are not all labeled. A water pipe burst near our Villas and we were without water and toilet in Villa for an afternoon. Restaurants are difficult to obtain unless maybe made before arrival to the resort. Food is excellent though. Beach services are incredible. Every staff member on site were beyond cheerful, genuine, dedicated, and helpful.

Very lovely property well maintained. The staff at Windjammer is very hospitable. It's nice to see people smiling and being generally welcoming to Travelers. Love The Cove setting of the property. It's so beautiful to be in the water and look back on the property seeing the hillside.

The staff was wonderful and the food was awesome

The staff is especially caring and friendly. Water sports were available for all levels. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We took the Jammer all day excursion and it was terrific, but good snorkeling is accessible right at the resort. Just be aware that the airport is far away and you will need a taxi.

Bon séjour , les "villas-bedroom " sont très agréables, seul reproche, le restaurant "dragonfly" pour les repas du soir est très cher pour la quantité et la qualité qui sont servis(pas de prix affichés à l'entrée). Nous avons connu ce restaurant il y a plusieurs années et ce n'était pas le cas. Nous ne recommandons pas la restauration. Cependant l'hôtel et les petits déjeuners -buffet sont très bien.

Where to begin? My fiancé and I go on an island trip every year and swore we would always go to different places every year. Our stay at Windjammer St Lucia changed that! I cannot imagine going to St. Lucia again without staying at this resort. Every single aspect of it was unbelievable. From the second we stepped foot off the plane, we had a driver there ready for us. He was more than just a way of getting to the hotel, he toured us across the island making stops wherever he thought was the perfect photo opp. Once we got to the resort we were greeted by the kindest staff. We ended up getting a complimentary upgrade which was absolutely amazing (disclaimer - we would still be giving an amazing review whether we got the upgrade or not). At first I was hesitant that the property is not very walkable but once you realize how readily available the shuttles are there is no issue whatsoever! The food was some of the best food I've ever had at an all inclusive resort. The quality and variety were unmatched! And the service... there are no words to describe the kind hearted people who work on resort. If there was ANYTHING we needed they were so quick to help. They are also all so proud of where they live and encouraged us to go off resort and experience what makes them love St. Lucia so much. Friday night, we went to the street party/fish fry and it was the most surreal experience being engulfed in the St. Lucian local life. I cannot recommend this resort enough and we will be back!

We were All inclusive but very annoyingly we had to sign for every meal and drink although it did highlight the very high prices being charged for non all inclusive guests.

I would’ve given this property a 5 star review had it not been for housekeeping. Our room was clean and fresh when we arrived. After that, it was terrible. They never cleaned the floor after we arrived. It was full off sand and I needed to clean my feet off before I went to bed. The worst part was the lack of clean towels, hand towels and face clothes. On two days especially, they took our dirty towels and did not replace them. So we came home from our excursions and had NOTHING to shower with. I went down to the desk and they gave us beach towels. If you’re accustomed to bathing with face clothes ( wash clothes ), bring your own. They do not provide them. However, kudos to Mario and Kerson at the water sports dock!! They were wonderful! Also Bedianna at the spa. She gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. Also, Kaval, our ambassador. She was so apologetic and sweet about the towel situation. Overall, the nightly entertainment could have been a little better but the beach and the pool were great! We will probably return and stress the importance of towels and housekeeping when we get there.

Nice resort, the room could’ve been better.

This is by far the prettiest resort my husband and I have stayed at. From the beautiful property, huge room and balcony, cleanliness, service and food! 5 star all the way!

It is easy to see why Windjammer is a repeat favorite of many. Other than the very delayed check-in process we enjoyed every moment. Because our room was not ready until after 8: 30 pm (we arrived around 5 pm), we were asked to have a dinner at Jammers which the team covered to compensate for our room not being ready per housekeeping report. We appreciate this gesture after a very long travel day. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with well-timed housekeeping and a great view of the ocean. My only complaint is robes, slippers, or umbrellas are not standard. The resort layout is very steep, and it is quite a beautiful trek through beautiful landscaping. However, if you do not wish to walk via the steep roads, you could easily call for the shuttle service. The shuttle team was great at keeping the wait time at a minimum. The beach is great and the team is helpful, however there appeared to be a lot of unused beach beds that were not occupied but had not been cleaned up. Meaning it was difficult to identify if someone was actually using the bed though no belongings were there. If you have sensitive feet, water shoes would be a good idea as there are many rocky areas in the water. The food was pretty good and enough options in restaurants to not get bored over a 5-night stay. I recommend downloading the Windjammer app to book reservations in advance, as well as get an idea of the pricing of the food ahead of time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Nice beach, okay food. Bad housekeeping, they took the dirty towels but not replaced with new one. They didn't replenish bath soaps, had to call them 3-4 times to get this done. Shuttle services not prompt, have to wait 15 mins to get one. Will not stay here again!

Really lovely property built on a (steep) hillside around a calm, sandy bay. Lots of dining options (6 restaurants plus bars, coffee shop, ice cream parlour), plentiful (and very comfortable) sunbeds, lovely, smiley, chatty staff who really make the place so friendly and welcoming - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting St Lucia

Had a wonderful stay at Windjammer, from the spacious villas all with a magnificent ocean views, beautiful beach, comfortable lounge chairs, variety of restaurants onsite, and availability of all-inclusive option. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. They had live music each night near the restaurants/bars, but any other nightly entertainment was lacking. It is a place for relaxing.

The staff was always pleasant.
