I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the place was okay and ladies work there but the owner or manager who run that place is very selfish I am very disappointed when we went for breakfast and nothing there to eat we requested to bring some more foods and they only bring out eggs and people work in the restaurant not understanding English they only speak Chinese so desre

Room was nice & clean, queen beds were very comfortable, AC was working well, water dripped out on the balcony. Had to use our towel. Nice view of the mountain in front on our balcony. Parking was ample. We couldn’t find the entrance to the hotel as it wasn’t clear until you went around the building. And saw it after. Only one sign pointing to where the entrance was on the building. The fence sign was deceiving so that’s why we ended up going around the building. No elevators but could use escalators which only worked if you step on it first; very fuel efficient. It doesn’t move continuously letting you know it works. Staff very nice & helpful. Excellent service.

Location: one of the best locations if you want to stay in town. Convenient shop on the ground floor. You also have the city that’s 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Room: beautiful room, I booked a standard room & it was well worth the money. Good space travelling alone. Bathroom also has a lot of space to move around. Service: good service from reception staff. Always happy and willing to help with my enquires. Altogether my experience was awesome. I also brought my friends & family to my room to check it out & they also love it & will consider Taufusi Hotel their preferred location in future trips.

Accommodation was clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly.

I loved the location and the service was amazing. 1 thing, the toilets got blocked frequently. The door did not close automatically so it had to be forced shut. We love the balcony area and the room was lovely! The space was perfect. Thank you for having us!

Room was exceptionally clean, spacious & location wise was super convenient as there was a supermarket downstairs, a massage place upstairs along with a restaurant as well. The staff were always friendly!

Accommodation is clean and modern. Staff were polite, welcoming and helpful. Perhaps, the rooms could be soundproof as we were kept awake during the night by the very loud snoring from a fellow guest in an adjacent room. The location isn’t great as it is not central

I would stay here again. It was fantastic, so clean and spacious and value for money. Also safe, and parking excellent. There are shops below and restaurant is within in building and same level. Very up to date decor and fresh as well. Thank you for having us!

Quick and easy check in, service was great. Staff was attentive. Room was clean, bathroom clean..after a long flight bed was great.

I wouldn't recommend this property to others for the following reasons. We stayed 4 nights and every night there was a lot of noise even after midnight I believe this was from the restaurant patrons (seemed like a party every night). When using the toilet the toilet paper was requested to not be flushed but put in the bin beside toilet, this in itself wasn't an issue it was the fact that our rooms weren't serviced at any stage over our stay which has the potential to create a health issue from the used toilet paper in the bin. Other than the above the rooms were nicely presented and the hotel is handy to the main part of Apia

Property was close to town which was a bonus. I didn’t get the room I booked, instead they gave me a bigger room, but the room smelled of burnt bbq, and the shower had no hot water. No staff were around to talk to about it. I ended up leaving a day earlier because I couldn’t stand the burnt bbq smell … that seemed to be coming up through a vent or something.

Fantastic, friendly staff Restaurant is an absolutely amazing food also room service however breakfast was cold and left on table. Convenient shops below Two mins walk to market and town center. A bit of advice for breakfast to be served hot when guests are seated. Keep up the good work Taufusi hotel. Thanku so much for your hospitality 😊

It's in a convenient location & there are plenty of car parks. The hotel is newly built, but quality standards seem to be really rushed - the balcony tiling is cracked & there's visible pipes everywhere for heat pump draining. The hotel has a strong plastic smell. The reception staff were kind & very available. They offered us housekeeping but it never happened.

I really liked my stay. The room was very neat and clean. Even though it is located near the main road, there was minimum distraction from outside. Just in case you are bored, you can stand on the balcony and watch the traffic whilst enjoying the clean atmosphere. They also have a restaurant which gives generous portion of food at a very affordable price. You can also access the grocery store downstairs just in case you need a snack to munch-on during your stay. They also have toothbrush and toothpaste, comb and shaving gear in the bathroom. The only thing I would comment is there was no body lotion and coffee.
