Very unwelcome, feel like cheated. Here are my direct observations: 1. Waited for 20 minutes for the front desk person to show up 2. We have booked the hotel for 5 and they have given us a very small room for 4 beds 3. I showed them the confirmation but no apologies and owing responsibility. Transferring the responsibility of error to Expedia which I disagree as we booked hotel using Expedia several 100 times 4. There was no effort from them to accommodate the 5th person instead they were laughing 5. Room was very tiny and utility vacuum cleaner always remain in front of it. 6. As soon as we entered the room electrical board popped open as it was ver flimsy 7. Several times in a day the room key will stop working and we have to rekey again and again. Mostly every room has the same issue. 8. Breakfast attended will come serval times to check and ask questions as if folks are eating free food. 9. Found floor at reception has only 1 bathroom with key and if anyone goes to 2nd floor to use the bathroom they raised objections and do not allow at times. 10. Elevators are big bottleneck for going up and down. I will NEVER stay again in this hotel even if the accommodation is free and will not recommend to anyone.

Clean and very close to the masjid about 5 min walk. Came from Canada loved our stay. Thank you

Didn’t have Spa, Breakfast was oaky.

I don’t wanna complain, but I just wanna say it for a future guest of this hotel. This hotel is very very small room most of things is broken.the rooms only for two people. they show very large room in the picture in a promotion. This is not fair. This is not for three people or four people.

The walk to the Haram boundary is only 6 minutes but from the boundary to wherever you want to go another 5-7 minutes depending on how crowded it is. The hotel is located at what I would say is the migrant worker neighborhood.The building is old. There is normal wear for the age on everything flooring, bedding, bathroom Etc. You can see broken pictures, flaws on furniture the door locking system is not very safe, and only 2 elevators for the entire hotel. The restaurant food is on par with cafeteria or hospital food. The staff is very friendly. We go to Madinah once a year. We will not choose to stay in this hotel agsin.

We liked this property due to it being close to gate 322, walkable distance to Madjid al-Nabawi. The rooms are tight , but the staff and nice cold fridge make up for that. Travel light!

We enjoyed our stay. Brother Rashed the cleaner was really helpful in finding my glasses. Haram was very close. Not much food around. They have yummy mint water available at the reception.

Cant complain about anything

Lots of issues: 1. Toilet direction in qibla 2. Bathroom is very tiny, exhaust fan not working, stinky 3. Toilet flash tank reload by 20 minutes, once you done flash then you have to wait for another 20 minutes for second flash. 4. Manual air condition system, regulator doesn't work. To turn off and on you need to walk towards switch. 5. Breakfast quality was poor, only few items. I booked this hotel based on reviews, but it was not as it reviewed. I don"t believe this reviews were correct. Totally disappointed!!!

Reception is good and professional specially yosra

The hotel was a disappointment. The room and the bathroom were extremely small. First day when I took shower, the bathroom was flooded. The house keeping came and complained we used the bath towels on the floor! I was surprised as he could see the floor was full of water. The breakfast buffet was poor as well. You have to share your table with strangers, they only had long tables. We ate outside the next day. When we checked in the receptionist asked for booking confirmation and didn't accept the one from Hotels.com. The site needs to work better with this hotels and provide us with correct booking info. They asked me to call Hotels.com and I didn't know what to do. I showed them that I paid in full and they found my booking after a while. The hotel stuff except the front desk were unfriendly and not helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, not worth $350+ a night! It was a complete ripe off.

On arrival, the room was not ready for us and it was too dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Service

Room was quiet small and need to clean room carpet, shower walls and room entrance wooden floor.

Rude staff and management. I asked for a late check out only for 1 extra hour so I could make my duhur prayer and leave but they said no and I need to be out by 12pm. Even though I booked for 7 nights with them that wasn’t enough! Room service? You have to cal 3-4 times for any cleaning or water. Elevators are slow, shaky and creepy. Bathroom circulation fan doesn’t work. There’s many other hotels next door you can stay at don’t waste your hard earned money at This one. Where the staff don’t even care about you or your stay.

We stayed for 2 days and it was enjoyable experience

Good hotel and close to Masjid. Food is good
