We stayed at this hotel while we performed our Umrah from 4th til 9th April. It is a lovely hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the service was efficient, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of different dishes to choose from. The buggy and shuttle service from and to the haram shareef are very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Abu Tayab. He organised all our transport out: zayarats, Mecca to Medinah, Medinah to Mecca and then to Jedda airport. Abu Tayab even organised for us to use the hotel facilities on our return to Mecca from Medinah to perform our second Umrah. Jazaak Allah Khair for making our visit smooth and enjoyable.

Everything was great! Keep up the good work! The housekeeper also did an excellent job-we really appreciated him and were very happy with his services (though we can't recall his name).Best ask room 726

A luxury 5 star hotel located close to the Haram. The only slight downside is that it is up a hill and takes a short walk to get to the Haram. However there is a regular and reliable golf cart service which takes you closer to the Haram extension. However, there is also a prayer room which is located on the third floor overlooking the Haram, where you can still be part of the congregation. Food choices are abundant and exquisite and staff are friendly and always on hand to help.

Great place to stay for Umrah, the shuttle service was very convenient to get to Haram. You can also walk if you want. The breakfast was really good. Highly recommended. The south asian food wasn't nicest at the breakfast but everything else was amazing. Loved the variety and options. Hotel staff was friendly, alert and always available.

The stay was pretty good. The lobby looks amazing and everything is clean. We had 4 rooms and one of them smelled pretty bad. We asked for a new room because it smelled like mold. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide us with a different room. Other than the smell, I would say 10/10.

As soon as you enter the property the Oud fragrance gives a welcoming atmosphere The shuttle and golf cart service to the Haram was an added advantage but I wish they had an order for the people to make a line to get in to these as people forget their manners and cut in front of you The prayer room was also a great advantage on those rainy days The rooms were nice and clean with good view We would like to give a shoutout to Shahidul our room attendant who always made sure our room was clean and stocked up with the necessities

We liked that there was shuttle and cart service but the shuttle was really slow. We had to wait 10-15 minutes each time where as other hotel shuttles was always coming on within 3-5 minutes interval. If you are providing a service please make sure that service is good cz there are other competitors. One day we paid for 2 breakfast and the hassle we had to go through was really annoying. They were sending us back and forth between lounge and restaurant. After that experience we didn’t buy anymore breakfast from the hotel.

Really good hotel had a bus shuttle which drops you to a lift which takes you to the masjid and the hotel also provides golf carts to take you to the masjid which is especially useful after salah as there is a bit of hill to the hotel. Hotel was a 5 minute walk making it really close for coming back to and from the masjid. The staff and especially the housekeeping staff were amazing and extremely helpful would stay here again

The whole experience was very good in my opinion. Everything was smooth, no headaches or going back and forth on anything. If something is missing, and I mean anything whether it is a material or a service, just ask and they will make it happen. Finally, big shout out for the cleaning member Mahmoud Ahmed this guy is very nice, helpful, and wants his guests to feel most comfortable, I truly appreciate his service.
