Everything was fine but the number of staff was less than before. As a result,Housekeeping and luggage pick up delayed.

The rooms smell bad and dirty

It was good.

Hotel looks nice, although it looks out of guest the receptionist gave me room very fare from everything no.190 looking to ugly view. AC is very weak room is hot But the team showing very good respect to guests

Honestly it was one of my worst stays .. once you entered the rooms corridors the mold smell is very disturbing and the rooms is very strong.. I kept waking up a lot .. the housekeeping didn’t come2me the second day although we have requested it.. there was a tray by the door since the first day and we left and it was still there.. the garden is very dirty.. and it is normal to see the left overs for days.. ashtries since yesterday .. even the chairs the way how they being left.. the swimming pool is very dirty and and it is normal you see birds all over it having fun. The place is full of mosquitoes.. no services outside what so ever.. the beach is another total story.. it is a dumpster .. you can even dare to go and enjoy the few.. avoid it and stay at the new resort up north.. the only good thing about it is the location although you have to go to the main gate to get the shops, restaurants and coffee shops behind the hotel..

The site was greate on the beach , the staff were friendly if they pick up the phone. Room service show up only twuce during my 5 days.

It was good. Service very slow

الأثاث متهالك ولم يتم تغييره منذ الافتتاح

اقامة جميله. وفندق جميل ومرتب ونظافه. وسعر. معقول واتمنى ان يخفض. انصح بالاقامه فيه. يوجد به حديقه للجلوس ومسبح رائع

عدم الرد ع الاتصال من الاستقبال ... حيث تم الاتصال اكثر من مره في اوقات مختلفه ولا يرد احد

فندق قديم ومريح لكن في الغرفة رقم 75 كانت رائحتها غير مريحة بسبب مجاري المياه

إقامة متميزة ولكن الاهتمام بالاثاث مهم لأنه صار له خمس سنوات وأصبح الاثاث متردية والاسعار يا ليت تنقص لان المنافسين كثر

ممتازه جداً

The weekend was during the holy month of Ramadan. During this time of the year, many things are different. Having said that, it was still not a very good stay!- - The pool I had to share with seagulls all over the place. - The pool was not kept at all - During the 3 days I was there - the "hotel gym" was not cleaned or tidied up at all. - The sofa in the room (a VERY big room!!!) was broken. - The internet was not very good anywhere in the hotel. - There is NO beach, even though it is right next to the water. - Room service took more then 1,5 hour. - The reception could not help with lokal information (booking Furzan islands) or airport transfer. On arrival the reception manager upgraded my room, and that was very nice!. Next time I visit Jizan, it will check out another hotel :)

It was below expectations, the resort doesn't worth 5star. Service is poor. They treat you like a baggers. Rafal in the Reception she was so kind.
