町中の中心に位置し、ショッピングモールも近く便利なロケーション。部屋も充分な広さがあり、最低ラインの設備も不満なく一泊。 朝食も広い宴会場で、一通りのバイキング。 ホテルに併設されたレストランは、もしかしたら案内した男性従業員は、末席にしたかも？味は普通より少し下。まあ無難なホテルでした。

朝食無料はとても嬉しかったです。夜中に火災報知器が鳴り、みなさん避難しました。誤報だったので良かったですが不安でした。ホテル自体は古いので、廊下の歩く音や話し声は聞こえます。

駅から至近という立地で、スーパーも近くにあり、大きな駐車場もあり、とても便利な宿でした。伊豆あたりのちょっとくたびれた温泉宿みたいな雰囲気を醸していましたが、清潔な客室でした。1階のビストロもコスパがよかったです。

駅前のホテルですぐにわかり、朝食時間を間違えて30分早く行ってしまったが、きちんと対応してくれた。サービスも雰囲気も良い。

ハイストリートや駅にも近く、駐車場もあり、便利でした。朝食も良かったです。

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel largely part to it's location. Perfect for exploring the area and hiking Ben Nevis, The breakfast was a standout. With plenty of options and a great start to each day, The staff was friendly and accommodating, always happy to help and mad us feel welcome. The hotel itself could benefit from some updating. They might have already begun to do so as our bathroom was refreshed and new but the rest of the room was quite dated but clean.

I had a twin room to myself which was very lucky because the first bed I selected was so uncomfortable I had to move beds half way through the night. Luckily the second bed was okay - but it was the one nearest the door which is never my first choice. The staff were all lovely and very helpful

Good breakfast, good location in fort william for sure, takes about 20 mins for hot water to come in our room when showering, otherwise great!

The rooms were not clean. My friend’s room had hair in the bathroom and the shower did not work. The ceiling in my bathroom had black mold. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We did not have rooms as nice as the ones shown. Maybe some of the rooms are nice? The manager was very professional and pleasant. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very matter of fact in a “we’re sold out tonight not much we can do” way. Breakfast was the worst we had in our 9 days in Scotland. The front desk also said we booked with Expedia and had to take it up with Expedia so keep that in mind. This room should cost £100 not the nearly £300 they charged.

Lovely welcoming staff who was on in the evening. We had a superior room which was fine, some of the hotel is bit tiered looking as you would expect from a Victorian Highland hotel but communal dinning and sitting areas are clean and well kept. Buffet breakfast we great

My favorite place to stay in the area. Convenient to everything. Courteous and professional staff

Room was a bit dated but comfortable. Problem with the water during our stay but the staff were incredibly helpful and let use use another room elsewhere in the hotel for a hot shower.

We did not make use of the bar. enjoyed sightseeing the surrounding areas

Large, clean bedrooms. Bar area good. Breakfast ok, but don't leave it till later as the food items are not replenished. Hotel perfectly situated for bars, restaurants and shops. Train station 2 mins from front door. Staff all pleasant

Not a very comfortable bed. But other than that everything was ok. Spacious room , and very convenient for town centre, railway and bus stations
