部屋は広く，清潔で，快適に過ごしました。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。 ところで，PCをHDMIケーブルでテレビにつないでも，PCの画面がテレビに映りませんでした。 もし，PCの画面がテレビに映る＝テレビをPCのモニターとして使用できるようになっていれば，滞在中に仕事がはかどって，便利だったと思うので，残念です。

Great location near Clyde River & bustling city center. Studio w/kitchen facilities was great to prep, cook & eat w/I budget. Laundry room was very convenient. Nice staff that supplies you w/all needed items.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the day and was able to leave my bag unruly check-in. The room was neat and clean. The kitchen was an added bonus.

The room was very clean and well stocked as an apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central, steps from a grocery, restaurants & pubs, and 15 minutes to the airport, which was very convenient! I would choose this accommodation again!

Check-in: Poor experience, didn't have a trolley/cart to carry luggage and were told other guests have taken is so nothing we can do. Luggage Storage: Despite space, they refused to store a wheelchair for us. Laundry Machine: Dryer doesn't have a timer, so had to come and check multiple times to check for completion - the reception didn't know about the timings either. Room Keys - One of them was broken, stopped working randomly after the first night. There was one person (I think in a suit) on the first evening who was at the reception - the most polite person, wish he was around the entire time as that would've made the stay better.

Easy quick check in. Room was perfect 1 bedroom with fold out sofa for our son. Nice local recommendations at front desk. They were also kind to hold our luggage for half the day until our train left!

Overall a really nice experience. The aparthotel was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the fridge and other facilities were spotlessly clean. Location was perfect for getting around Glasgow. My only gripe was that the room had tokens for coffee pods. Meaning I would need to go back down to reception in the morning which was inconvenient. Also we heard quite a few loud slams in morning, like a door being slammed several times which did wake us up. Regardless of these 2 minor things, I would definitely return!

Location is excellent, staff were helpful and, if you are travelling alone, or as a couple, the apartments are fine. Maybe also OK with very small children. The apartments are small, but nice enough. I would say they are pretty overpriced for what you get, and not fit for purpose if your children are teenagers. The couch sort of converts to a bed that might be usable for one older child, or two small children at a push. I would actively encourage you to look at alternatives with two bedroom apartments if you actually want something that sleeps 4. There are cheaper alternatives nearby that would be suitable. It’s also a bit of a cheek for them to charge so much extra for the additional children when the only difference it makes to them is some extra towels and bedding to wash. I read reviews that complimented the large bed, which is true, but it completely fills the bedroom with barely room to manoeuvre around it. I’d have preferred a smaller bed and more floor space. Overall-nice enough accommodation that was pretty unsuitable for what we booked it for.

Very nice apart hotel close to Glasgow Central Station. Up to standards of 4star hotel.Spacious room, plenty of storage places, very clean with small functional kitchenette and even dishwasher. They also have a small gym with contemporary machines, even towels and water station are provided. Staff is courteous and efficient . Good value for money. Highly recommend!
