駅に近いホステルです．インバーネスは観光地でホテルはかなり高めですが，ここはホステルなのでかなり安く，宿泊客も多かったです．

The rooms are accessible through stairs on the first floor. Reception and kitchen on the second floor. For check ins, keys need to be collected from the Black Isle bar which is 100m away from the hostel. I was in a mixed dorm of 4. Female restrooms can be better maintained. I'm thankful for the staff to let me check in without making payment the first night because there were some issues with my credit card.

Très propre et très bien situé

I am a female travelling solo and was in a room with 5 other make snoring men. They said they'd look after my bags but then got called away from the desk for 2 hours. I wasn't comfortable leaving my stuff unattended. Bathrooms and shower area was gender specific which was nice. My bed too and bottom was very creepy so everytime either myself or guy on the top bunk moved...it was very loud. There was no ventilation so we kept the window open which meant the screaming seagulls and alley arguments also woke me up. Staff were very friendly. I had been in another Hostel and had a much better experience on my stay.

Check in process & customer service all excellent. Toilet & showers giod & ckean. Main issue is the room was like a sauna - did not sleep!

2nd time i stay and rhe same like first time, other guests who stayed are very noisy on the corridors, also when they come inside the room or leaving, all of them totally careless. In yhe kitchen even there are signs , they don't follow, left light on, dirty crockery, as well inside the living room and inside the bathrooms. The last time i came Saturda31/05/25, i called in advanced i will check-in 10 pm, nobody at the reception, so i need to call the emergency number to go out to collect my key fob from nearby pub

Very friendly staff, great location, very comfortable mattress. Lighting in the shower/ toilet needs to improve.

Easy check in via the bar. Good kitchen and lounge area. Bedrooms good for sleeping. Only slight negative was grubby kitchen, but as only there for one night not too much of an issue.

Didn’t expect much for the price beyond a place to sleep/eat/shower for a couple nights. The day I got there, 3 of the 4 toilets in the female restroom were clogged beyond use and the other had no toilet paper. This was early afternoon when staff were first alerted. The next day, all 4 toilets were completely clogged and could not be used at all. Staff were again informed of this. I had to leave early the next morning and they were still clogged. You literally could not use the toilets. The bed itself was fine, as well as the room. The common areas were not the cleanest, and the entire place could do with a good clean. Would not recommend for more than a single night.

Old school property but good value for money, showers and bathrooms can be nicer with more lighting and soaps/ shampoo

The hostel is quite lovely. Good emplacement and the team is very cool.

Basic hostel accommodation. Close location for buses and trains. Check in is simple as long as it’s during business hours.

Als wir ankamen war noch Müll unter dem Betten. Zimmer sind mit Betten und Gitterboxen ausgestattet. Zimmer ist schon sehr groß. Bloß machte es insgesamt nicht so einen guten Eindruck. Die Toiletten der Herren war eigentlich akzeptabel. Bei den Damen berichtete meine Begleiterin das Gegenteil. Als ich am nächsten Tag die Küche benutzen musste, kam mir das Grausen. Der Zustand war für mich eine Katastrophe. Nass, unsauber und vieles beschädigt. Handtücher müssen mitgebracht oder gemietet werden. Nur zum Übernachten geeignet, rechnet mit wenig gutem.

Safe and location is perfect

Great location & stress-free vibe. Some loo seats a bit loose but perfect clean.

L’hôtel est juste à côté de la gare et les sanitaires sont nombreux et propres. Le couchage est acceptable mais la cuisine, tellement exiguë pour une collectivité qu’on ne peut pas l’utiliser. Ce qui oblige à manger dehors. Mais le pire, c’est le bruit de la rue, la nuit. Les deux nuits, des gens ont parlé très fort pendant plusieurs heures et jusqu’à deux heures du matin. Les clients d’un bar sans doute. En tout cas, je ne recommande pas cette auberge, malgré la gentillesse du personnel.
