The dinner was exceptional! The staff were lovely and the room was beautiful. The views are also top notch. Just a great experience. I highly recommend.

What a wonderful property outside of Inverness. The building sits directly on the Beauly Firth with excellent views to to the north. Breakfast is included and was very good. Dinner was an option but was well worth it. They have a premium chef and engaged staff. I recommend dinner on site rather than Inverness. Our room was nice, with a traditional feel that was a natural fit for this property. A morning walk of the grounds and having tea sitting on a bench overlooking the firth capped a perfect stay. I will make for a longer stay if I ever get back to Inverness.

The amenities were lovely. They kept real milk chilled in the fridge for your tea or coffee which was such a nice touch. The food was unbelievable as were the drinks. The ambiance was as about as Scottish as you could imagine which is what you want when you're traveling abroad. Can't say enough great things about this place.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner there a few nights and the food was delicious! I enjoyed the venison the most! I let the bar tender know that I enjoyed a specific Speyside whisky and he recommended a Balvenie that was tasty and comparable. We had a beautiful loch view from our room and I enjoyed waking up with the sunrise over the loch outside of our window. We caught the end of storm Amy and the week was pretty wet and chilly but the Bunchrew House Hotel also happily kept us warm! We’d been traveling for a couple of weeks so we had quite a bit of laundry to be done and the hotel also offers a laundry service and that worked out nicely as well. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again when we revisit Inverness.

A hotel should at the minimum provide a secure room, a bed, and hot water. Hot water was regrettably not provided. Staff were unable to account for it’s not reaching the turret room. While the staff member was courteous and apologetic, her solution was to defray the cost of bar food dinner — a small percentage of the not inexpensive room charge. On a chilly drizzly morning we would have been better served by hot water or a more diminished charge. Disappointing hydraulics and response.

En si el hotel es magnifico. Un autentico castillo antiguo con toda la decoración de su epoca. Esta en medio de un bosque y al lado de un lago lo que lo hace unico y precioso. Sin embargo, la distancia y ubicación en mi opinión no son ideales si quieres visitar varios lugares en inverness ya que tienes por fuerza que llamar taxi si no tienes coche. El personal es sumamente amable. Solo tuve un pequeño inconveniente dado que una de las noches me salió una araña enorme en el cuarto. El personal lo resolvió, pero no me quedaria ahi si no te gustan los insectos pues al ser un hotel antiguo y en medio del bosque es mas que probable que tengas una experiencia similar.

This is a fantastic and memorable property we stayed at during it 8 day journey. The room was wonderful, spacious and like home. The staff were so kind and accommodating for us. I had some dietary restrictions and the chef did everything to accommodate me and all were absolutely gourmet. I appreciated their kindness and flexibility. Gorgeous grounds. Enjoyed sitting outside y the water. I wished we could have stayed longer. It was so enjoyable and memorable.

Lovely property and situated quietly on the water. Beautiful sunrises and great place to really take it all in and relax. Incredible lamb and wines for dinner. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

Alles Gut, sehr schöne Anlage und historisches Interieur. Herrlicher Speisesaal und very British Service. Bei der nicht historischen Zimmer Einrichtung nagt ein bisschen der lauf der Zeit.

Un sogno!

Although the outside of the property was very picturesque, the interior was very tired and in need of updating. I didn’t feel the price reflected the quality of the rooms. The room advertised, was completely different to what we got.

This guesthouse is nestled in the most beautiful setting. The property and rooms are well maintained, and the staff are super accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay at Bunchcrew! We will be back!

The setting couldn’t be more beautiful and we have NEVER had better meals than the lovely dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Their chef is top-notch. The rooms are in serious need of a refresh, but they were clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
