Very spacious accommodations, near to anything you could want, within a block of the High street. Owner was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him! Ver much appreciated this!!

Location was good for shops, buses, amenities. The property had everything required for a short self-catering break.

Perfect location right in the heart of Kirkwall. All the main eateries and pubs are within a 2-5 min walk, however, it is quiet at night, so a good night sleep on the very comfortable bed is no issue at all. David emailed and text in advance to advise arrival procedures/keys etc & made sure we knew where to find everything. It was a great 2 bed apartment, well equipped & comfortable. I would happily recommend this apartment and visits to local sites (Skara Brae - 20 min drive) is a must, then pop to Yesnabe on west coast (A further 5 min drive) for some stunning cliffe-edge sightseeing.

Excellent situation in Kirkwall.

Great Apartment in Great Location, very Central for Kirkwall. Close to Excellent Empire Chinese Restaurant. Nice little 2 bedroom apartment, with great facilities. Very Clean and easy process to check yourself in. Kitchen is sufficient for small meals, plus clothes washing machine. Located around the corner form the cathedral and next to main shopping area, Lidl and Tesco are a mere minute drive away. Stayed there iwth 2 teenagers and had plenty of space.Good base for exploring Orkney.

This is a nice place to stay. It is a fully equipped two bedroom apartment that the owners have done a great job in fitting out for their guests. Highly recommend. Great location also.

We spent a relaxing week in the Orkneys made pleasurable by our stay at the Courtyard Apartments. The apartment was nicely furnished with good quality linens and located close to Tesco. We got a warm welcome from the owner, which included some essential instructions about the door locks for North Americans.

A lovely modern, spacious & comfortable apartment. Great location a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. Quiet area & comfy beds ensured a good nights sleep.
