citizenM Glasgow（シチズンMグラスゴー）

すごい良かった！チェックインの際に高層階か低層階か選べたらので高層階にしましたが、眺めがとても良かったです。

早朝のバスに乗らないといけなかったので、当ホテルを選びました。バスターミナルまで、徒歩2分。スーパーも近くにあり。スタッフ３人と話しましたが、私の下手な英語にも丁寧に接してくれました。本当に当ホテルを選んで良かったと思っています。

親切に対応くださった

Hotel was very nice very clean. I was by myself so my room was very nice. The bed took up the whole square in front of the window so if there was two of us, one of us would’ve had to climbed over the other so that would’ve been inconvenient, but because I was by myself, I was fine. Hotel was two blocks from the bus station and about a 10 minute walk to Queen Station so very convenient area.

Disappointed by no tea and coffe making facilities. Shower curtain needed a wash or replaced as it was smelly. Bed up against the window and very high off the floor. Not informed about validating car park ticket, staff not aware this could be done where we parked. TV didn’t work and had to be looked at by staff, they came very quickly to sort out. Everything worked by using iPad supplied. Seemed more like a supermarket self checkout experience than being treated like a guest.

I always love to stay at the CitizenM. It feels more like an expeirence than a hotel stay. Their branding is modern and hip. The fact that their common areas feel more like a super modern living room or creative space than a traditional lobby is a huge part of their appeal. It’s almost like they’ve redefined what a hotel should feel like. The staff seems to love what they do and it shows!

Super godt

Had intended to pay cash but upon arrival it's was cashless. Everything controlled by an iPad in the room, working out how to use it was difficult for us, once worked out it was a breeze. The beds are sooo sooo comfy. Adequate for 1 maybe 2 nights but if you're looking for a bit longer, lack of storage may make you reconsider.

Overall, I had a good stay. The room was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable with a great central location. I really appreciated the blackout blinds, which made for a great night’s sleep. The self check-in process was a bit confusing since staff were also present, and I wasn’t sure which to focus on. I also found the iPad-controlled lights a little inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was smooth and enjoyable

Only thing would be lack of kettle and location of sink. Was out with bathroom area so water got on the floor

Staff neglected to tell me I'd get one parking nearby much cheaper because of their deal with the parking owner, so I almost ended up overpaying massively. Luckily I parked in the one they had the deal with. And trust me, parking in Glasgow is obscenely expensive. Is the idea to have visitors leave as soon as possible? If yes, that's a clever solution.

Ipad room control was a bit funky but the blackout blind was great

Top Lage

We stayed here for only one night because it was close to the bus station, but we loved the modern amenities and design! The self check-in was convenient, and the rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also wonderful.

Die Zimmer haben ein spezielles Konzept. Es gibt eine große Nasszelle (Dusche und WC) mit Milchglas. Das Waschbecken wiederum ist außerhalb dieser Nasszelle. Der Platz im allgemeinen ist knapp bemessen. Das Bett ist quer zum Zimmer ausgerichtet und nimmt die gesamte Breite des Raums ein. Das heißt, die Person, die am Fenster schläft, muss über die andere Person klettern, möchte sie aus dem Bett aussteigen. Das stört besonders nachts. Es gibt ein iPad zur Steuerung des gesamten Zimmers, weshalb auch hier wieder nur eine Person die Kontrolle hat. Auch das macht es nachts kompliziert. Für 1-2 Nächte ist es OK, längere Aufenthalte würde ich dort aber nicht empfehlen.

Very safe and comfortable, exceptional service

Location is good to explore Glasgow and hotel is clean with nice common area. Poor night sleep as ventilation noise and awake really early by building works hammering as they were making a new building in front of our room. Lift broken causing big wait as the other one too small to accommodate all guests needing it. One side of the bed doesn’t have plugs nearby.

Wonderful modern hotel. Super clean and comfortable with great staff. Only issue was with no coffee makers in the room I would have expected somebody to have been around to operate the coffee shop downstairs, which I did not see once.

Really enjoyed our stay at citizenM! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, just a 12-minute walk from Glasgow Central, with plenty of food spots within walking distance. The room was good; we would’ve liked it even more if it had a mini fridge or a kettle. Other than that, everything was great!
